Exactly what I was looking for, just love this Sharpie! I had this same exact one for years and years, it finally gave up the ghost, and I needed a replacement. Why is this Sharpie specialty version so useful to me? Well, because I get the same type of wall calendar from the same company, every year, and they use a semi-glossy paper for their calendars. I won't switch to a different company for a calendar, as this one has holidays and dates from all around the world, very useful if you've family living elsewhere, you never have to look up a date online, it's already printed in the calendar. The only problem is, again, the semi-glossy paper. If I write on the calendar using a regular pen,not only is it hard to read, but the pressure from the pen means that it then marks over on to next month's dates, too. Not good. BUT, with this special Sharpie, the writing is clear and crisp, and doesn't mark the next page! I use the ultra-fine tip to write stuff in for the actual day, and I use the other end, which is larger, to cross-out the days that have passed. It's an all-in-one solution for me, no need for 2 separate Sharpies, and, as a bonus, if you like you can use the pocket clip to that it's always hanging on your calendar, ready for use.

I've been a convert to Sharpies for a couple of years now and usually buy the shorter ones. This is my first of the twin ended ones and I think it works well. The only thing that I've found awkward is that the cap on the ultra-fine end was very difficult to remove, a gentle heating and then replacing the cap a couple of times makes it fit without being slack to the point of the tip drying out.A very useful pen to use with metal or plastic.EDIT............The ultra fine cap was very tight so I warmed it up a bit and replaced it, it worked but now the ultra fine end has dried out and won't write, I've ordered another so I'll see if was my "modifying" the cap that caused the drying out or not because the new one's cap fits just right, knocking a star off anyway, the cap should have fitted on the first one.The other end, the fine one, works perfectly on both markers.EDIT AGAIN...........I've discovered why the ultra-fine tip tends to dry out - there's childproof anti-choke ventilation holes in the cap on the ultra-fine end, block them and the tip doesn't dry out!

This is a lovely pen w/its choice of a fine or thick line. I use the fine line end for signing things and the other end is a handy all-purpose marker, whether I'm drawing, lettering, addressing packages or anything else. The people who work at K Direct are lovely as well. I had a bit of trouble at first and sent them a message, but they immediately took care of it and were very polite and friendly. Would definitely buy this or whatever else from K Direct again. Highly recommended pen as well as a highly recommended seller.

This pen saved my life, before this pen I was basic, I used pencils for idea creation and other sketches, as I was afraid never really sure in myself, but now my ideas flow smoothly through the fine pen tip, then they are refined with conviction and brought to life through the broader tip. The ink also works well with copic markers. This pen not only saved my life, it also saved my marriage. Bravo! Bravo sharpie twin marker.

I always review the products I buy from last year at the start of the new year so I can get a good idea of how the item works when it first arrives and how it holds up over time. - I love these things. I have a few of them and it seems to be hit and miss with the thin side weather it works properly but the ones that do are incredible. So useful.

Sometimes the super fine tip needs a bit of a prod to get the ink flowing correctly but overall I am finding this brilliantly useful, from naming children's clothes and toys, to writing out labels and plant markers for the garden. I will buy more to ensure I always have one to hand as I know I will lose it and can't be without one now!

Handy Sharpie this - the very fine tip can do very small writing. The other end is not as fine and makes a good combination. Nice for my family history research notes. I would have given 5 stars but the very find end cover is not easy to snap open for people with weak hands so it gets 4 from me. Otherwise highly recommended.

I keep this to hand in the kitchen. It's especially handy for emergency school uniform labelling when you haven't managed to iron on a name tag, or one has come off. The thick and thin nibs mean you can write in chunky or fine letters according to what space you have to label.

Arrived on time packaged well, etc.My sharpie lives in my top pocket right next to my voltage pen. I use it every night in some pretty dank utility rooms on my inspection rounds , works every-time on all kinds of surfaces.I hope that only one reservoir feeds both ends.

Sharpie's have cornered the market on permanent markers and it's easy to see why. These pens are great and excellent at what they do. No more sewing labels into children's schoolwear now the Sharpie is one the scene! They work well and last for ages. Excellent.

I tend to label a lot of things around the house to support my failing memory. "How long has this light bulb lasted?", for example. Sad? Anyway, the pen works fine (and thick:-)). Only one complaint - I keep losing it so I may have to buy a few more.

20.6.2014

No faults to be had with this pen - have written on cards, wood and labels and it is really useful with the option of both thin or thick ink pen. No problem with the ink running out on both ink nips. Highly recommended.

i bought it to sign the back of my debit card as when i looked on the internet it had the highest recommendation, has also doubled up now for writing christmas tags/cards. Its a sharpie, the name speaks for itself.

24.2.2013

Very useful to have the option to use the very fine end, as it is a deal for writing on SIM cards, SD cards, etc. Only concern is that I don't know how long the ink will last, as one supply is feeding both 'nibs'.

Fantastic! I wouldn't be without this pen now!! I use it to write on my plastic floss bobbins for cross stitch threads and only really use the fine tip - I shall certainly re-purchase when this one runs out!!
