I wanted to make some Rhubarb vodka for Christmas 2021.I had the rhubarb and I ordered two 1 litre containers from Amazon.VODKA ~ well I looked on Amazon and found 1 litre of Smirnoff Red Label Vodka for £15 ~ cheaper than any local supermarket's price for 70cl.Recipe ~ simple, made in a 1 lire container with a sealing lid.0.5 l of Smirnoff vodkaI large stick of rhubarb chopped up into thin slices100g granulated sugar (you can put lemon/orange zest in as well)Seal in jar and shake it up.Leave in a dark place, giving it a good shake once a monthPut reminder on diary to strain into bottles before ChristmasE N J O Y

You probably wouldn't be here if you've never drunk vodka before so i won't try and describe what it's like. As far as vodka goes, Smirnoff is a reliable choice: not a patch on Russian brands but a lot better than some of what you'll find in corner shops.It's a bit pricier than a supermarket, but it is delivered straight to your home.The packaging was excellent, a firm cardboard box with heavy duty air cells on the inside - there was no chance of damage.Delivery was rapid (though i missed it and had to pick it up from the post office) and it was in excellent condition upon arrival.

I've tried so many Vodka's, some of which I maybe shouldn't have due to their poor quality, but Smirnoff for me is hands down the best brand. It's the only one I can drink straight and enjoy, all others just taste of a mix of mouthwash and nail varnish. I always go for this size bottle, just the right amount for me and can easily last up to 2 weeks to a month when used for pre-drinking most nights. When ever I get a 1L bottle it always acts against me, making me think it's fine to drink more, thus being drunk before I even arrive to the club!

Bought for an alcoholic during lockdown. It’s dangerous for an alcoholic to suddenly just stop drinking as fits can occur. Being able to order of Amazon and delivered to their door was convenient as I don’t live local to them and they don’t have access to the internet. It’s not ideal, you know - buying vodka for an alcoholic but not is visiting them in hospital from sudden alcohol withdrawal so it is what it is. For all intents and purposes, they enjoyed the vodka and its Smirnoff, so the commoners crem de la crem of vodka.

So, basically, i brought this bottle of lovely jubbly voddy so that I’d have a great night out with the lads. Safe to say it was very interesting. My friend almost killed himself by drinking too much but then again, he’s a huge lightweight so he had it coming. However, things got hella saucy after taking numerous delightful shots of this pure vodka. I may have slept with my cousin and she may or may not be pregnant. Praying she doesn’t have an STD. This will be a fun story to tell at the next family bar mitzvah.

This is watered-down ethyl alcohol which is 62.5% water - a complete swindle considering you have to pay a whopping tax on the water. You need to drink vast amounts just to get squiffy. It tastes of used socks and thus has to be flavoured with bleach, Bitrex or soap to make it palatable. Only buy it if you cannot obtain methylated spirits. May be used to remove stains from carpets or underwear. Makes a poor fire extinguishant .

It's Smirnoff vodka, what more do you need to know?I purchased this as a gift. The litre bottle is rare to find below £20 in shops (sometimes £18 when on sale). It was quite a bargain as I bought it at £15 or £16 for a litre bottle (Sorry, I forgot exact price)!I would prefer Smirnoff blue as it is 50% alcohol, the red one is 40%. However, Smirnoff is a popular brand of Vodka and all of their products are great.

Brought for my sister as a birthday gift, she was very surprised and loved it. She now brings this out during pre drinks and at parties.I have added some pictures for size comparison, although its hard to understand how big it is until you are actually holding it.Per ml its a comparable price to the supermarket and as the retailer includes a pump it is surprisingly quite a practical bottle.

I drink Smirnoff as my tipple of choice and ordered two bottles as in the long run, it is far cheaper than Supermarkets.Both bottles arrived well packaged and I am pleased to report that they were accompanied by two hand pumps. The bottle sits nicely on my window cill ready for use in an emergency!!It also makes a nice talking point for visitors.

not cheap i admit, could buy 2x1 ltr bottles in supermarket cheaper, but that's the whole point of paying bit extra for a unique gift, fantastic as just that, and the packaging to protect it is out of this world, so well done it would not break even if thrown around,All considered ,10/10 for the value, and unique product was worth buying it

My fave alcohol & so adaptable to many ways of drinking it. However the metal top is very hard to open. I have to use a v sharp knife v carefully, to cut round the collar so that I can remove the metal cap and open the bottle.Huge thanks to the drivers who find this cottage on an unnamed lane in a tiny hamlet 14 miles from my postal town.

Smirnoff's standard red label vodka is fresh, clean, and crisp. It's gentle notes are invigorating and cleansing. Mixes superbly well with tonic, fruit juices, cocktails, and tomato juice. An invigorating, refreshing vodka, there is no bitter aftertaste or sharpness. Crisp and clean, serve straight from the freezer.

Bought this for over the Christmas period. I love vodka and this is up there among my favourites due to it's clean, fresh taste. Love it with fresh orange juice, Fevertree tonics (all flavours), Coke and in Black & White Russian cocktails. Delighted to see it at such a good price on Amazon!

I don’t usually go for a 1.5l bottle but worked out cheaper at this volume.I mix with coke and this simply does the job for me after a stressful day. Now’t more to say - I think everyone is aware of the various Vodka’s out there... tends to be which one is more cost effective.
