I mostly use my laptop on a wooden tray, and the space for the mouse is very small, which causes me to lift my mouse up from time to time. So one of the main reasons I enjoy using a mouse mat is to avoid hearing the "clunk... clunk" of me putting the mouse back down again. I also wanted one to help with the accuracy and comfort factors, and boy, does this one deliver.It is PERFECT for what I wanted. It's very skinny, so the excess fits under my laptop without lifting it up or blocking the air circulation - it's about the same thickness as a piece of thin, supple leather (1-2mm). The fabric is an extremely fine weave which is comfortable on my fingers, and there's the slightest sheen to which my mouse seems to respond well.

Great mouse mat.One note: It is very wide, so make sure you have a big enough desk.It is particularly great for multi-screen set-ups. I have 3 monitors running and it is much easier to get the cursor from the far left to the far right, because the mat is so wide, and I do not need to lift my mouse up and repeat the arm movement.It 'sticks' very well to the desk. no movement whatsoever, even when I try to push down and to the side, it 'attaches' itself to the desk. Incase you're wondering what I meant by stick, it does not use an adhesive, just a rubber-like material.Another note is it is very thin. but this does not affect the quality. The mouse 'glides' over the mat effortlessly.Lovely plain black color,

Upon arrival, I was taken aback by how thin it actually was. Of course, I had read the description beforehand, but didn't expect it to be as thin. Quality is very good, almost on par with the Razor mats I've used in the past. On the underside is a rubberised texture which is used to grip your desk - although it does tend to slip from time to time. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase, especially at the price I paid for it as I know these can go into double digits.Pros*Excellent response from mouse. I bought this mat in September 2013. It takes a while for me to post a review of something that I've bought, as I like to know whether it will stand the test of time. The Sharkoon 1337 does.The mat is smooth and thin with just a little bit of give. It feels good when gaming as the surface is rough enough to provide precision, but smooth enough to reduce friction. It is not textured enough for me to notice the mat against my little finger when it drops of the mouse (unlike my Razer eXactmat). The one star reduction is due to the thinness of the mousemat: I like a touch more wrist support than I get from the 1337. The durability, however, is outstanding. After two years of use,

Buying a gaming mouse pad always seems like a bit of a waste of money, but this mousepad was cheap.So I bought this pad to use with my Logitech G9x mouse and they work well together.The mousepad underneath is nicely rubberised so that it doesn't slip.The mousepad is quite flexible and feels like thin wetsuit material.As for performance. It glides well without the overglide of some smoother material, and tracks very well on the small fibres.This mousepad is good and cheap.So if you are looking for a good gaming mousepad but you are cheap and feel like a gaming mousepad is a waste of money, then this is the conscience appeasing gaming mousepad for you.

I recently changed my keyboard and mouse so needed a mouse mat. Whilst looking through some gaming keyboards came across a gaming mouse and this wonderful flexy flat mouse mat that is 25x35.5cm and 1.1mm high. A large mouse mat but so versatile. It lies flat and does not creep and wipes clean when necessary. I find it comfortable to use with its smooth surface.I am not a gamer however, the mat is in use almost every day - I like its large size. This means that your hand/wrist has no mat edges to contend with.I am glad I bought it.

The mat was delivered earlier than expected and was well packaged to say the least! There was no chance this product would be creased or damaged. Although I am not a gamer the mat is as smooth as I need for other applications and as it is quite thin it is comfortable to rest my wrist on. It is a generous size eliminating the need to lift and reposition the mouse and the rubber backing lets it sit snugly on my desk without any movement.OK, no garish graphics but that is fine by me.All in all a very good product. I can recommend it.

I had one of these before which lasted me about 4 years. They are about 1.5 - 2mm thick rubber with a cloth surface. they are quite large, being bigger in all directions than a sheet of A4 paper by about 5cm.My previous one was replaced due to unsightly coffee stains and looking generally tatty. I didn't experience any fraying or slipping with that one and this one is performing just as well.

I would honestly never go back to a piece of cardboard (my old mousemat) after getting this, the edges look a little tatty, but its just the edge of the stitching, ive never been able to use my mouse at above 3600dpi before, so im enjoying the extra responsiveness in both games and just desktop use.delivered within 2 days on the free delivery, very happy with this purchase

Recieved this product 1 day before expected, love the packaging. Item is light, flexible and surprisingly large, considering the price. The underside of the mat made from textured rubber which doesn't slip or slide and the top is high quality low friction cloth and is betwen 1-2mm thick.Overall, a very high quality product at a very resonable price. Who needs Razer?

This came rolled in a transparent plastic tube which was fairly easy to open. Rolled out on my desk, it is laid down flat, without the edges curling up. It's early days, but it looks like a good buy. It replaced my SteelSeries mat which curled up a bit on one of the corners. This new mat is smooth and silky. I'd recommend this.

I was so pleased with this mat - the A4+ size means you never run out of space with the mouse.If I have one small negative thing to say, it's that over time it might start to look a little frayed, but I think that's the nature of neoprene.I am very happy with it, and so was my brother when he tried it, so I got him one too.

Ordered it with amazon Prime and came next day witch is always nice, and was very surprised with the size of the packaging it came in as it was huge for such a thin item. The product itself is very good super thin sticks to all surfaces. Is very big so the mouse doesn't drop off at any time. cant beat it for the price.

Soft cloth mousemat. It's flexible (not a silly foam pad underneath but good quality flexible rubber material that doesn't slide around).Can be easily rolled up and hasn't frayed at the edges in the last year I've been using it daily (taking it to and from work). I'd buy another if it ever gave out on me.

My old mats keep getting destroyed because my sleeve always catches on the edge, then all the rubber dries up and fragments. This is super thin, and super strong. It's intact so far too ... Great product, though on the expensive side. Someone make a cheaper one of the same quality please! Recommend!
