well this is one of them games. you must buy. i loved it on the PC. and the Dreamcast version was awesome. And well done Sega the wii version is perfect too. Great graphics and gameplay. Very varied game modes.shame no online mode. but this was an old game.Well done Sega. fishing is a chill out game for me. it has a in depth tournament mode, and easier arcade mode. very clever fish dont use the same lure allthe time or you dont get a bite. so A.I on this game is well realistic. controls are perfect. if you have nuncuk connected you can reel in the line by making the circle motion, so its a great fishing game.The thing is with the Wii i think you can put any type of game on it.

having recently had a heart failier,and not being able to go do my faverote sport i found this a big help in keeping me sane as i have not been allowed to do almost anything for the past three monthsi found it pleasing,lets face it nothing can take the place of the real thing, but big but when you are in my possition its a god send.as gaming goes and iwould not call myself a gameri thought it quite realistick and cheap, if you consider other fishing games....and thats what i wanted...it more than reached my exspectations.annnd keeping me sane.. thank you wii.

This is a very enjoyable game, excellent graphics that take you right into the heart of fishing.I'm not a fishing person, but this game is very addictive.There are several settings and locations.Marsh,brook,Waterfall,etc,also weather,time of day.The controls are easy enough to use and unlike a modern fishing expedition you can see your fish,riverbed and lure as the fish bites and you fight with it.I recommend this game to young and old alike.I even feel calmer as I relax by the riverbank.Well worth it.

Go fishing in lakes,stream river and dam. In 3 different modes 'Arcade (time limit), Nature (free roam) and competitions'. You will need to choose the right lure to tempt these critters, then fight them, all the way back to the boat.Control system is easy with wii mote as rod and nunchuck for reeling.Game is pretty basic but fun all the same. Nice to play something a little different to the many golf and Karting sims.

Great Fun....It amazed me how much time I spent fishing on this game. Its easy to follow and good fun when your against the time.Unless you like fishing on your own its far more fun with two players taking turns. And would have been a much better game if you had a two player mode. But use your imagination and you can both play together although not against each other.

Bought this game on Saturday and have been 'hooked' on it since. I'm female, 52 and not a lover of fishing until now!It is addictive - the graphics are good, the weather changes throughout the games and it can be very frustrating when the 'big one' gets away!I would recommend this to anyone.My husband likes fishing and he reckons its quite realistic.

Excellent arcade action taken from the arcades & Sega Dreamcast...spot on controls good challenges to do...graphics aren't too bad too...if you like fishing & not too much on serious side & you actually want to catch a fish...this is undoubtedly the game for you...Enjoy Your Fishing... ?

I LOVE fishing and having not been for quite sometime and not really having the time to go either I found this game to be a very good remedy. Very entertaining game for anyone with even a slight passion for fishing. Excellent value for entertainment.

A good game for the fisherman. Based on lure fishing. Tournament mode can be addictive and frustrating when catching a 'relese size' fish. No need to buy a pretend rod and reel to enjoy the game, just as good with a controller and numchuck.

I bought this as a birthday pressy for my man, and it gave him hours of entertainment, he was never off it! He's a fisherman, and I wasn't too sure before I got it, but he found it very enjoyable....easy to navigate and good visually.

Since purchasing this game, it has been the one Wii game that has been hard to switch off and once switched off you always want to go back to it! However the Wii rod is a must for this game to get the best out of it!

i bought this game a week ago and i do alot of fishing and i found this game very realistic and i have been bass fishing 2wice in mihead and its not much different to this game and i would recomend it 2 any family

After playing wii play fish i decided to buy a real fishing game. Well this game is easy to play and it not to hard to a catch a fish, loads of fun once u get the hang of the fishing rod.

This game is as real as it gets! The kids and the grown ups thought this game was great I would recommend this to all young budding fishermen/women, better than sitting on the cold bank!

I purchased this game for my son-in-law. He says it's one of the best he's had. His father borrowed it to play at his home beacuse he was also very impressed with it.
