This one actually got ordered by error in a rush with the intention of purchasing a 64gb SanDisk micro SD,, not a standard SD lol. (Now you definitely know I'm reviewing honestly lol)....However, almost all of my SD cards are now older, slower types and classes and many are 32gb anyway, so I decided to keep it. I've done the usual benchmarking tests for read and write speeds of this class of card and it's fast, very fast!! I have stacks of different data cards from older larger compact flash to newer smaller SD and micro SD and one brand that has consistently outperformed and certainly outlasted many other brands repeatedly is SanDisk. I have SanDisk cards that are many years old that still work perfectly. They are frequently counterfeited however,so purchase from a seller with high feedback ratings. Even then, fakes are getting so good on the exterior now even the most diligent retailer can sometimes miss them if not paying attention. Make sure you benchmark any new card to check its performance that you have genuine goods. It takes seconds to test a new card and there are various programmes and apps to aid with benchmarking the basics, it's not a chore as it once was.Card was supplied in standard secure blister pack retail packaging. Performance is good which makes transferring files on and off less of a job than it used to be. Would definitely recommend SanDisk, for the price of their cards they perform very well and last longer than many other brands. I've never had a SanDisk micro SD fail on me out of countless cards and I can only recall one SanDisk SD card failing and I didn't exactly look after it particularly well.Would always happily recommend SanDisk for any type of data card. 5/5.

I've tried a lot of other brands in my Panasonic GX7 recently but over the last couple of months I had been using Integral cards, which had been great in my phone and Shield TV but for some reason I kept getting write errors on my camera. I didn't suspect the Integral card at first as up until now they'd been flawless, and two seperate cards seemed to be giving the same problems which seemed unlikely but I can confirm that after swapping the card for this one all my problems has vanished and the camera now operates perfectly. The integral should have had similar spec on paper to this Ultra card, but for some reason it's safe to say my camera much prefers the Sandisk. It's now operating flawlessly on operations that would previously have given me issue such as taking stills whilst recording HD video. With the Integral cards I would hit a "write error" message even hour or two during use, but now everything is absolutely flawless again. I've tested it significantly by swapping between the cards since and it is definite that for whatever reason the GX7 just didn't like the other cards. A nice problem to have solved as I had convinced myself it was the camera at fault. As usual with Prime this arrived next day. I had plumped for the frustration free packaging which was exactly as you'd expect. From now on any cards I buy for camera use will be Sandisk, although I'll continue to use other brands (which can be a fair bit cheaper, especially on larger sizes like 128gb) for other less demanding applications such as phone storage.

Don't think there's anything to say other than, SanDisk is one of the most reliable SD card manufacturers out there. If you're looking for reliable, well priced products than look no further.I own SanDisk SD, Multiple MicroSDs and 2 SSDs in my computer. Never had a failure in about 10 years of using their products.UPDATE:I've dropped the score by 1* because of the following line."Up to 80MB/sec read speed; write speed lower."This is quite misleading because the write speed is between 10-15mb/s and it doesn't state this on the product description (80 looks fantastic right?)I got this for photography and unfortunately taking RAW photos mean your pictures are 30mb each so this card doesn't quite live up to the standard when burst shooting 5-6 pictures. For general purpose, this fantastic but if you are going to need write speeds get a 32gb Sandisk Extreme which has 60mb/s write speed or extreme pro if you are doing high end photography/video work as those hit up to 85mb/s

I regularly use two cameras. 1) Sony DSCRX100M5 that I have not yet reviewed but see: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Sony-DSCRX100M5-Advanced-Digital-Tiltable/dp/B01M2ZWRHL/ref=sr_1_13?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1534868862&sr=1-13&keywords=sony+compact+digital+camera Please note that since I bought that model newer, enhanced, versions have become available BUT it is still a superb camera! 2) A Nikon D7200 with a large variety of lenses. So... why two cards? Quite simply because each card can record a very large number images (1000+ at the best resolution) that I got tired of moving one camera to another. The answer was to buy another one!See: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B014IX03CE/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1I read previous comments about 'dodgy' packing and counterfeit cards that I was a wee bitty worried about buying this card but I have to say that, so far, I have experienced no problems and would buy this SD memory card again.

This SD card may not extend the memory of the disk C (flash memory) but it stabilises the memory such that it doesn't deplete. Even if it did you would be able to clean the C Disk and get it back easily. For example, my Acer Aspire ES 11 has only 32 GB in disk C, once you load the operating system and the security suite plus few essential software like Office then you get hardly less than 4 GB. If you don't have the SD card they will deplete in few minutes. Having the SD SanDisk would keep them nearly constant. Good practice, after you use Acer Notebook clean the C disk before you turn it off. It is certainly fault design in Acer which I corrected it by using the above SanDisk. You got to measure your SD slot to buy the right dimension SD Disk.

I invested in these after my San Disk 32gb SDHC class 6 died on me before my cousins wedding. I bought two and I thought the price was very reasonable. Theoretically they are more than 2 times as fast as my old class six and I certainly can see the difference when uploading my photos to my computer. I also shoot a lot of video and having a faster card makes using the data much nicer. The only downside to these cards is I assumed, possibly foolishly, that they would come with plastic cases to stop them getting ruined in my camera bag. They do not. They come, rattling around, in a cardboard sleeve. It didn't matter in this situation because I had a couple of cases lying around but it would have been good if they had arrived with some.

I have used this manufacturer for many years for my digital photography and in its micro form for our mobile telephones and similar. I have never been let down in either performance or quality and recently purchased three of these cards, two for digital SLR's and one to record music to for the sound system in my car. In regards to the photographic use, I prefer to use 16/32Gb for photography and have more cards, simply as even with memory intense project, shot in RAW, 16-32Gb offers enough for a days work. Music is different, but even so, I can download a huge amount of music onto this card and more than sufficient for my needs when driving.Great value at £11.00 as at 13th March 2017.

The actual product is faultless. For my needs (a amateur aspiring photographer/videographer) it's brilliant - purely due to the storage amount (I got the 128GB disk. Slotted straight into the camera with no problem, as you'd expect from a Sandisk. The processing speed is just fine for my needs! The only reason I have knocked off one star is due to the packaging. I was expecting to have the item encased in a plastic casing (the type that requires scissors to open). However I found that it was only supplied in a envelope. I was picking up from a Amazon locker, so there was no damage or particular danger in this. However, if this had gone through the post, it could be an issue.

I bought this to go with a recently purchased Nikon D3300 camera. I can't fault the card, so far so good and it appears to be working perfectly in the camera. The reason for the 4 stars is that I bought this from Amazon warehouse deals as I wanted to save a few quid after shelling out for the camera. I was very disappointed with the packaging the sd card arrived in. It was simply dropped loose in a brown cardboard envelope and moving around freely. Very unlike Amazon!Fortunately the card was not damaged so testimont to the durability of the card.Probably better to spend the extra few quid and buy it new rather than risk it getting damaged in the post

What can you really say about an SD card, if you need one for a device then you need one, I guess it is worth saying not all SD cards are made equally, and if you want one for a camera where you need to write a fast burst of data, then you should go for a fast one. This is class 10 and very fast so ideal for cameras need to write images / video quickly, don’t bother with the slower ones for these kind of applications. If you’re just using it to copy files between devices then a slower / cheaper one would be fine. Just go for a recognised make such as SanDisk. Recommended.

I'd bought this Sandisk Ultra 64GB SDXC card for my newly bought Sony RX100 III to use, and even though I've only used it for about a week, I can say that the memory card has performed flawlessly.Like all memory cards, only time will tell if they remain useable.I'd like to mention about the frustration free packaging - the card was not protected at all inside the cardboard envelope. I had expected at least a plastic box to put the card in to keep it from being damaged. Next time I would get the normal packaging.

I am not a techy type so cannot report on speeds (you will find a technical comment on this further on the other reviews which might help) but put it in my Cannon straight away and it worked without problem and appeared to be very fast. When I purchased SanDisk 32GB 45MB/s Memory Cards from Amazon before they came in a small plastic case which is great for protection. These 128GB cards did not come with them, which is a pity, but then at this price I may be asking too much. I am planning to purchase some more.

Purchased this for a DSLR camera as I wanted to take RAW pictures without lag.Firstly, when the product arrived, it was inside a carboard envelope but loose, not fixed inside packaging, which is what I have come to expect with memory cards. There was no case either to store the memory card, which was a little disappointing. The card itself works well and is very quick compared to my previous Class 10 32GB memory card which was also a Sandisk. So far, besides the packaging quirks, I am very pleased with it.

16.11.2016

128GB card is a perfect size for leaving a time-lapse running for hours and this card is fast enough to be able to keep up the writing of hundreds of large files in quick succession. Attached is a screen grab from a disk speed test app showing the speed I got from it.A quick edit to say that I have recently purchased a couple more of these and one of them was much slower at writing than the others barely reaching 20mb/s. For me this was much too slow and I would warn other to check any cards that they get!

Memory card came in a very thin card board envelope. The memory card itself wasn't even in any casing of it's own absolutely nothing . For all I know this could be a second hand memory card !? With no sealed case that I expected the memory card to normally be in this did NOT have any protection around the memory card at all . It was just thrown into a very thin carded envelope the type you'd put a calendar in only slightly thicker . Very disappointed. Will not order again ! Second hand sold has new ???????
