I have played with this phone thoroughly before reviewing it. Needless to say, I had the S8 prior to this so obviously I'm bias towards galaxies. I had 2 phones, one being an iPhone 7. I can't really fault that one but I object to the restrictions and control. I did my homework looking for a dual SIM phone and found this which was a godsend because I only want galaxy phones. The added bonus was that's it's a UK version. The dual SIM feature has been developed to a T. So easy to use and understand. Calls and messages display 2 small SIM icons with a number 1 and 2 on each (for each telephone number). Perfect for identifying which one you want to use without messing about trying to work out which SIM is which. The amount of effort that has been put into the development of this phone is unreal. It has so many features and configs that there's no end to what you can do. It's pretty lightweight and looks so smart. I swear by Samsung phones and I am more than happy to have this now. I no longer have to carry 2 phones about which was getting on my nerves in the end. This phone does it all and is amazing. My only gripe is that it seems that the battery percentage drops a bit faster than the S8 but my friend did tell me today that a new phone will do this until it's had a few charges, then it will hold it's charge longer. Overall this is an awesome phone. Totally faultless really. Highly recommended.Update:It's now been 3 weeks since I've had this phone. I mentioned about the battery life previously. I thought by now it would have settled but I sadly now have to say that the battery life is terrible. With my S8, when the battery was fully charged it took a long time to drop to 99% but with this S9 it's almost immediately when I use it and before you know it it's on 93% (like now). It's been off charge for 10 minutes and dropped 7% already. I'm starting to wonder if it's a fault or a faulty battery. Or maybe it's just juicy, who knows. This is the only thing that lets it down. After being a Samsung galaxy user for many years I can justify this accurate true opinion because I'm accustomed to the pattern the battery works.

Firstly. Delivery was great, came a lot earlier than I expected. And it's the real deal, no fake.My reviewBattery life: 6/10-battery is actually probably the worst feature of this phone, by no means is it bad, but its not great. The fast charging makes up for it though.Display: 10/10-very bright, colours pop, clear images. This phone is great to watch videos and play games on. Almost everyone I hang out with or am around will always mention how nice my display is.Hardware: 8/10-it really feels like a premium and expensive device. It has a headphone jack, AMAZING speakers, USB type C, expandable storage, finger print sensor etc. With the all glass design it can cause fingerprints easy and can be slippery, and this means it's probably more prone to breaking than other phones, so recommend getting a case and perhaps a screen protector too.Software: 8/10-solid software-wise, the Samsung skin has really come along nicely and is quite responsive and quick, although there are the occasional hiccups or bumpy moments when multitasking through apps or using Bixby (I disabled Bixby anyway). It's also easy to use too which is great.Camera: 9/10-stunning camera when given the right lighting, but also does pretty well in low light and most of my images come out pretty clear. The selfie camera is good, but I think could've been a little better, but still very good.My opinion and experience:-its great, I love it, everytime when I finish work I can't wait to use it, I can't wait to play music on it, watch YouTube and Netflix on it, and play games. It's honestly a great phone and well worth the cost.If you aren't wanting to spend that much for this phone, then get the s8, it's got 90% of this phones features. But what made me go for this phone was the improved camera, moved fingerprint scanner location, much improved speaker, and a smoother, quicker software.

This is my first Samsung phone and so far, I'm very impressed. The sound is brilliant, much better than my previous Sony Xperia XZ and the camera takes great photos too. The apps edge feature is also very handy and the screen resolution is brilliant. I've found the battery to hold its charge very well, although I haven't used it for anything too demanding. The wireless charging works very well in my car and with the new wireless charger I bought for my desk at work. The fast charger that comes with the phone charges it so quickly. I think I'll be able to get away with just charging it at work via the wireless charger when required and that should last until the next day when I get to work.I've found the phone to be very fast and responsive with no lagging so far. There are also some very handy tools for helping the phone run smoother, such as putting apps to sleep that haven't been used for a certain amount of time. I'd certainly recommend this phone, especially at its current price on Amazon of £569 (reduced from £739).The only thing that I found rather odd is the placement of the sound rocker. I'm right handed and they're located on the upper left side of the phone, so it can be a little awkward adjusting the volume. I'm also not sure if the Bixby feature needed a physical button on the side of the phone, especially as you can access this by swiping in from the left hand side of the screen.

I've had the S9 for about eight months since release, upgrading from a Nexus 6P. It's an excellent phone with just a couple of imperfections, mainly to do with Samsung's software.Pros- Brilliant camera - I've been able to get good results in all settings- Plenty fast and powerful enough for all applications I've tried- The battery easily lasts a whole day, often two- Great screen, although I could take or leave the curved edges- Impressive sound from the speakers- The iris recognition for unlocking is handier than I expected- It comes with useful USB-C converters (to USB-A and micro-USB)- It has a headphone socket!Cons- The Bixby button is very annoying.I don't use Bixby but I accidentally I press the button (under the volume rocker) multiple times a day. This is particularly frustrating when taking photos.- Still no Android Pie three months after release- The phone is set up to encourage you to use Samsung's inferior software for all kinds of things. Why would I want to use B-grade software on a premium phone? In summary, I'm happy enough with the S9. The hardware is excellent. But when it comes time to upgrade I'll look to switch back to something with stock Android. If you care less about software than I do, you'll probably be very happy with this.

Great phone..Camera-Absolutely great. The camera with variable aperture takes great photos in good as well as bad lighting conditions. The s9 plus camera is slightly better though in reality. The front camera is the same as S8/S9 though. The fingerprint sensor is better placed than the S8. But still its at the back, wish it was in the front. The base storage is OK at 64GB.Stereo speakers are much improved, when compared to the S8.Has retained all great features of S8.What would I have wished for?On screen fingerprint sensor.A flat screen versionBigger batteryBetter fast charging ( may be in par with One plus)The phone is slightly thicker than S8.This, or the S9 plus?If you can tolerate the size,go for the S9 plus. Has a better camera and better base storage at 128GB. The price difference is less than £100.This, or S8?If you can live with not having the latest camera tech, then the phones are mostly comparable. If you get a good deal in the year old S8, go for it! The S8 camera is still very good!Any questions, please ask and I will try to answer.

Bought in April, reviewing October.I love this phone, absolutely no issues with it. It arrived quickly, in good packaging, no signs of it being anything other than brand new. Easy set up and absolute plain sailing since. I've had no reason for concern or to contact the seller so can't comment on service but all in all very good first impressions.I won't go into lengthy details of the phone itself as there are plenty of reviews around for that. The camera is great, phone is lightweight, having extra storage is perfect for me, I have a case and screen protector at all times and have zero marks or issues. The face scanner isn't great but I use fingerprint mostly. I actually prefer the rear scanner to front which surprises me.I dont find the edge feature useful and if anything is problematic with getting decent screen protectors but I dont hate it either. Really love this phone as a step up from the S7.

Hello,I bought international version with lot of apprehensions. I ordered from UK and i got Italian S9 version on delivery. It looks brand new and fantastic. I did a live chat with Samsung to get the information on Warranty (Although warranty is void for international versions) to see if this is a new phone. Samsung told me that i have only 21 months warranty left. They don't have information as to when was this device activated. They told me 24 months from date of purchase. I am assuming GK Trade bought this phone sometime in June and sold me on October. To be honest, Device looks fantastic and Brand new. I had no issues with upfront installation/configuration.I asked a question to Ok Google in English and it responded in Italy :) I changed language settings and its working fine.

You dont need an Amazon review to buy a new phone. You will have or should have done all necessary research already to get the phone that suits you!Having said that however, here's what j think...I'm a Samsung user through and through and yet again I havent been disappointed. Beautiful phone, incredible screen, lovely weight and all in all a lovely handset. One negative.. Bixby has it's own button?? Bixby is not in the same league as asking Google and until it is, it shouldn't have it's own button. However I have read that people press it accidentally when changing the volume.. there is a setting that means you need to double tap the button to wake Bixby up which completely stops the veryoccasional accidental Bixby wake up.I love this phone and everything it has to offer!

Had an LGG6 before this which I really liked so gave to my sister. Have wanted this for a while but price when out as new was too much as always budget about £400 rough for a phone. Got this through Amazon Warehouse at roughly the price I wanted. Seemed in perfect condition but knew it was “second hand” of sorts whether through damaged packaging or someone had used it to review it. Anyway I am extremely pleased with it and it’s all round performance. Very good music audio on the phone itself though I usually connect it through my van or car’s audio units. Personally use Android for phones or music players and Apple for tablets (mini iPad) but that is my own personal choice. If you are not a must have latest new phone person this is a great alternative.

Purchased as a refurb from Telephones Online. I won't write a product review of the S9 itself, there are plenty of reviews online. The phone arrived on time, in great condition, as new I would say. The price was good, less than £80 over the S8 equivalent. For me this was perfect, as I wanted the latest edition of the Samsung range, without spending the full price. The phone was UK origin boxed, sealed with all the original extras (charger, headphones etc).As for the S9, it looks and feels very similar to the S8, the fingerprint sensor is centralised, under the lens, which is a little annoying as I keep smudging it, we'll have to see if the s10 actually improves this.Otherwise a great phone which will receive the latest android updates as a priority.

Bought the Italian version of the the S9 since it was really cheap in comparison to the UK version. Was slightly apprehensive but it worked out fine, and was delivered faster than some other stuff I ordered from the UK :) Works absolutely fine with the Vodaphone network.. I can't imagine any issues on any other carrier. The device itself is great.. a little heavier than I'd like, and the glass back means it feels really slippery and fragile.. bang on a slimline case and it felt a lot more solid. Performance is good, and the battery life is reasonable. The super slow mo camera mode felt like a gimmick at first, but is actually good fun & makes it practical to use (motion within a box triggers the mode..so you don't need to manually trigger it).

I had the S3 before I bought this so it was a huge leap in quality for me, the processor speed is great and the user interface is intuitive, organised, very pretty and there are a tonne of themes created for it.It is great for mobile gaming with a large and clear screen, camera is amazingly clear and many photo editing options made simple and easy to use, great for social media sites like facebook and other apps, a particular personal favourite is the Samsung pay app which works a charm and so convenient.Only con is the battery life but the S3 didn't last much longer but the S9 charges quicker so there's a trade off,I recommend this to any Samsung user/fan or just anyone looking for an easy to use mobile for every day calls and texts.

I was a bit hesitant buying the international version, but it did not disappoint, and exceeded all expectations. Very straightforward to set up and use. Everything works perfectly fine, including bixy. I haven't tried Samsung Pay, so I can't comment on that. The system runs as normal with all the everyday apps. Great camera, sleek style, lots of handy features, standard battery life. I'm hoping my Moroccan sim will work when I go back home, but I don't see why it shouldn't. Overall, great buy, would definitely recommend you save yourself a couple hundred quid and get the international version. Honestly cannot tell the difference except from the price tag.

I always make my phone purchase with this seller because he is so trust worthy. The phone came earlier than expected on request at no extra cost and it was brand new in the box and sealed.I waited to write this review to make sure I got my money's worth and now I can confidently tell you it's worth the price. Excellent battery life, fast charging, excellent, excellent excellent!!!! Pictures... The emoji sealed it for me #GRIN# for those who upgrade from a different Samsung product like S5, expect a completely different experience... I'm still learning.I would always recommend this seller/product, true to his words and really good with communicating.
