I need to say from the get-go that I'm not using this card in a phone but inserted in a Microsoft Surface Pro and so far I cannot fault it. I loaded it up with about 78GB of movie files (averaging about 3GB per movie - largest file 5.6GB) and 70GB of music (smaller files averaging about 6MB) and it accepted all that data flawlessly. Testing with Crystal DiskMark I get 80MB/s sequential read speed and 74GB/s sequential write speed (using 1GB data). It basically doubles the data capacity of my Surface. Now, I realise the performance is nowhere near that of the internal SSD but if you're using the card as a mostly read device, like I am then the performance is more than adequate.I haven't tried watching 4K movies from it, but standard 1080P with 5 channel DTS sound track works perfectly.

I've always used the normal ScanDisk SD cards and for some products I still use them. I've got a lot more Samsung products than before and I was noticing more and more cards were becoming corrupted in my phone, files were broken, my OS was producing error messages and sometimes files just wouldn't write to the card or was getting slower.Discovered Samsung cards (I know, probably late to the game lol) and now I use them for all my Samsung products. So far I've not had a single problem & the read/write speeds are much faster.

I am using this in an HTC One M9; everywhere I looked the Tech Specs said that the phone would accept external storage of up to 128 GB. Or up to 2000 GB (2 TB), depending on the website you happened to visit. I bought the card anyway, inserted it into my phone and was rewarded with an additional 238 GB of storage which I use to backup important data (encrypted and compressed) from my PC, including all My Documents/Music/Photos/Videos and .pst's etc. There is currently a 512 GB SanDisk MicroSDXC card available (

I have used it to expand the internal SSD drive of my MacBook Pro 15 (formerly used for my MacBook Air 13.3). It's very nice, so far no issues. Just remember to format it according to Mac standards (journaled) before using it. At times might be detected (few times has happened with my Air but not so far with my new Pro 15). easily overcome by restarting your system.

Yay! 256gb of storage .. sure glad I don't have an iPhone and have a Samsung Galaxy s8+ (also worked on my Zte Axon elite a2016 - which says it only supports up to 128gb)Tested reading, writing on both the phones for the last month - works perfectly! Now there is a 400gb version hmmm ... tempting

Even though I am a tech guy that loves gadgets and stuff I don't need no speed tests to help me sleep at night... inserted it to my galaxy s8 without any troubles and it works... what else do you need?PS: The package it came with was pain in the ass to open without scissors so be prepared :)

This does what I need it to.I use it for game storage for my Nintendo Switch, and it fits. Should be enough storage for many games. It comes with an adapter, (the bigger white/silver thing in the first photo).Arrived promptly too, so overall I can recommend.

Great card. Worked straight out of the box, no formatting or faffing around. Using it to drag and drop FLAC music files from a MacBook Pro to use in an iBasso DX 50. Transferred about 200gb files over in about an hour. Brilliant product.

Excellent & genuine product, I use this for my gopro hero 5 black. Gives over 8hrs of recording time at 4k resolution at 25fps, 16hrs of full HD, no problem. Definitely and highly recommended. Samsung products are always awesome.

Read 76.72mb/sWrite 47.40mb/sTested on LG G4 phone, A1 SD Bench app, accurate benchmark. Seems, it cant reach full speed because of phone. Looks like its original micro sd card and would recomend to buy it from this vendor.

To the reviewers above who don't know what they are talking about, it's uhs grade 3 which is min speed 30Mb/sec. This is faster than is 1. In fact it's on par with the pro+ read/write speeds

Finally received my S8+ which this micro SD was purchased for and it works a treat, it provides a super sized amount of memory which is always handy.

Worked a treat with my Note 7 and its replacement, the S7 Edge. Both phones detected 238GB capacity, which is plenty enough for my needs.

Only just put the sd card in my Galaxy S8+, it's behaving itself so far...an absolute CAVERN of storage...will try ?? not to fill it...

10.7.2017
