These Pyrex baking trays look great, particularly when used for serving up food directly to the dinner table. A lot better than ruining presentation by transferring food to a serving plate. Guests have often asked what type of trays these are and are they oven safe. I definitely recommend them every time.However, you need to be aware of the safety guidelines which are easily discarded if you don't read the packaging. Borosilicate glass is designed to withstand thermal shock (viz. going from very hot to cold temperatures), but there are still limitations you need to be aware of:• NEVER use the product on top of a stove, under the grill, in a toaster oven or place over oven vent or pilot light.• Avoid severe hot to cold temperature changes.

I love this dish it’s the perfect size and depth.There were discrepancies on the actual depth when reading reviews but I’m happy that it’s 7cm -as the listing says.I needed a deep dish for my lasagne as my other dish doesn’t have handles.It did arrive damaged - see pics which may make it less stable so I will be purchasing again.The only issue I have with this dish is that it isn’t as thick as all my vintage Pyrex.With it being a large dish it could do with being thicker.See photo comparing the new dish with my old baking items.I have included sizing to show the exact measurements.The length without handles is 32cm and the width is 26.

Exactly as you might expect from Pyrex, a great quality strong and durable flan dish with fine fluting around the edge allowing for easy cleaning. This dish is approximately 12 inches in diameter allowing a good generous size for creating flans and quiches. The dish is microwave safe as well as oven and freezer capable meaning it’s pretty much a winner all round. The best thing about Pyrex kitchenware is it’s strength and ability to withstand varying temperatures. It’s a name thats proved itself in the kitchen for years, and continues to be respected as great quality around the world. Value and reliability all in one.

I bought these two of these clear pyrex dishes to make quiches. They are a great size and are ovenproof, freezer, dishwasher & microwave safe.I am not the greatest at baking so this clear dish is perfect for me as I can see if the bottom of the pie is cooked properly. The dishes are not that large so for me buying two was ideal (for a family of 4).After I used them and was going to wash them, I first soaked them in water then popped them in the dishwasher. They came out spotless and did not have any odour and even though they are not modern looking like some dishes like this one, they are more practical.

absolute gem heavy quality, i am purchasing all glassware at moment due to concerns from BPA plastic leaching and aluminium pans coated in a tefal non-stick substance also leaching toxic chemicals. this is the result of my research they are easy to clean keep there appearance sturdy and well made for the job.they are dish washer, oven fridge freezer safe oh and microwave too so all round they are versatile, i would recommend these items if you have the same concerns as i do , or even if you dont they are still very good value for money well made sturdy but overall excellent highly recommend

Bought this as I was tired of all my metal roasting tins getting rusty,I can't recommend it enough, as it's glass , it's so easy to clean, I put it in the dishwasher,and it comes out spotless, whereas my old baking tins had to go through the dishwasher a few times, or I would have to scrub them by hand, I'm even looking at buying the glass oven tray for cooking roasties now, Pyrex never let you down. I also found the roasting dish £10.00 cheaper on amazon than it was in Argos.!

Perfectly sized for dessert pies and because it's transparent it's easy to check your pastry is cooking properly. Have come across reports of Pyrex dishes shattering however incidences appear to be isolated to the US where manufacturers stopped using Borosilicate Glass. The manufacturer for Europe, based in France, still uses Borosilicate Glass so I'm really happy to have received a high-quality product that reflects why Pyrex became a reliable household brand.

Bought this in readiness for making an apple pie for the family Christmas dessert, and it did not disappoint. I made a double pastry crust apple pie, I didn't have to worry about greasing the dish, it was a great depth which meant it was a very hearty pie, pastry didn't stick to the dish.Overall, a fantastic dish for the apple pie, and can't wait to try it out with other pies. A great buy and a great price.

For years I have bought non-stick cake / pie tins. Never again! They always end up in the bin after a few years because they scratch and go rusty. I wish I had bought glass dishes years ago. This Pyrex dish conducts heat perfectly, cooking pastry beautifully turning it golden brown and you can tell if it's cooked underneath if you are suspicious it might not be ready. Because you can see through it!

I first got one of these as a wedding present in 1969. When it broke about 10 years ago I immediately bought an identical replacement. I was very upset that I couldn't find one in any of the stores who used to stock them, and was delighted to see it on Amazon.If/when this one breaks I will be looking for another one exactly the same. Most useful utensil.

I really like the dish it is very handy for the oven, microwave and combination microwave oven, it is easy to clean and very nice to use it was just what I wanted and very cheap however I ordered two before Christmas and one came very quickly the other I am still waiting to find out if its coming or not, have sent message but no reply.

I've been looking for a round glass dish to use in my halogen oven having already tried a fluted flan dish which is a nightmare to clean. This is perfect! I was a bit worried the product photos don't show the embossed Pyrex logo on the base, but it's definitely there, so this is a great price for a nice, heavy, genuine Pyrex dish.

Love all Pyrex stuff and was very chuffed when I found this cake dish on amazon. The product is perfect size and nice to hold and use. I love making my crumbles in this dish. Always turns out perfect and looks great. The delivery and packaging was great. I definitely recommend this seller. Thank you for your great service.

I bought this to replace a pie dish I had broken. These Pyrex dishes are great, because you can see if the bottom of the pastry is cooked. Only one thing I would say is that because the measurement is given in litres, I didn't realize this was a 9 inch pie dish instead of the 10 inch one I was replacing.

Although sold as a cake dish I bought this for making pies and it is perfect for the job. The dish is 22cm across or a bit over 8 1/2 inches and about 4cm or 1 1/2 inches deep. The pie crust crisps up nicely, is easy to serve as it doesn't stick to the glass and looks good taken straight to the table.
