Brilliant game for kids into Pokemon (probably not diverse or hard enough to entertain an adult, although it's fun enough to play along). You just explore a world, playing as Pikachu, which looks like most other nintendo games (beach zone, meadow, haunted house, etc). You bump into pokemon (about 200 to collect) and have to quiz/battle/chase/hide-n-seek them to make them your friend. Each zone has a few fetch quests (e.g. you need to go find wood to build a bridge), and a few 'attractions' (minigames, like zapping targets or frantically shaking it to run a race). Took about 13 hours to complete.

absolute must have for little pokemon fans with a Wii, great little game that encourages thinking,I know the "3" rating basically means there is nothing offensive or scary in it,but I don't think this suitable for 3 year olds simply because of the complexity,I recon a 5 year old could easily get to grips with it. (of course I can't speak for all 3 and 5 year olds out there,(I am just going by my two and their 8 cousins, when they were that age)

My daughter had already played this game but I bought it her for Christmas & she still adores it. The only problem I found with this game is that the whole game consists of reading. My daughter is 6 years old & learning to read so she finds this game difficult to play unless someone is there to constantly help her read. Still a great game but wouldn't buy unless your children are old enough to read

Nice game that the whole family can join in with - purchased for my 9 year old daughter and she loves it.She's able to play it on her own with very little adult help, the games are challenging enough to keep her interested but not too difficult so she doesn't need constant help to play.It's also fun to play together. Only not 5 stars as it was quite expensive.

My son loves this game! He plays it over and over again. He’s 7 and I am very happy with all the instructions on the screen that “force” him to practice his reading ?

Got this for my daughter for Christmas and she loves it. Fun to play and a great spin off game. She is still enjoying it at the end of January.

With wii games getting harder and harder to find, I was over the moon to find this game that one of my family relatives was desperate to play!

Good game but a bit frustrating for my 6 year old who isn't a seasoned gamer so its taking him a while to get the hang of it.

Works as expected. My niece is still trying to get the hang of it but it works well and seems like a good game.

My son loves this game he players it none stop. He compleated the game within a week and he still loves to play
