My 6 year old is Playmobil crazy and got loads this Christmas... and this set was the top hit. Playmobil is quite expensive but it's worth it as it's well designed, durable and has great detail and this set has a lot for the money (especially if you can get it at a discount). My son loves playing goodies and baddies and having a mobile jail is his idea of role play heaven. My only slight criticism is that this set doesn't come with a baddie but he got a couple from other sets so that was ok with him. The van is sturdy and is a good size. It has lots of great little accessories, our favourite being the flashing blue lights (that turn themselves off after a couple of minutes so no wasted batteries).

This is a lovely police van, my nephew loves all the playmobil toys and they prove to be quite durable, hes 4 and a real boy! This is just what he wants, but be warned, if you are giving this or any Playmobil toys for presents its always best to open box, build up i.e. wheels etc and put all stickers on, because my nephew just wants it out of the box and plays with it straight away, he hasnt got time for his dad to put it together and add the stickers. Overall this is a very good toy and he gets hours of fun with it and all his other Playmobil men fit inside and are carted off to jail??

My 4 year old got this for his birthday, it wasn't a bad set to put together - less fiddly than some of the playmobil he's had and we managed it quite happily between us while his Dad was at work.... Lots of interesting accessories as expected from playmobil. A nice robust van which my son has made up lots of different games with. My fav being all his playmobil people bundling in and going on holiday - quite funny in a police van. I like the fact that this van has flashing lights but no siren, its quite nice to have a quiet toy for a change! Love playmobil, never had a dud yet...

As usual Playmobil does not let you down. This is a great addition to any Playmobil collection. My four year old & two year old loves this. Plenty of room to get the 'baddies' in the back & with the flashing light it's a sure hit. Only moan would be that it's quite difficult to get the men behind the wheel. We also got the ambulance and with that the entire windshield comes of so you can easily get the drivers in and out.

A friend got one of these for my daughter and it was great to see her face when she opened it on her birthday, because she loves most of the playmobil toys and figures. Although she has spent a lot of time playing with this, I do feel it isn't of the best quality. I can't see this one lasting. My overall opinion of playmobil has gone down after recieveing this.

My 3 year old asked Santa for this van and was not disappointed when it arrived on christmas morning. It has policemen figures with it, the top comes off for access to the inside and the lights flash. And most importantly it DOESN'T make a sound! -leaving police car noises to the imagination of the small person playing with it. Great toy from Playmobil.

Playmobil is great, so much detail so it is suitable for a variety of ages, just not for very small children as there are so many tiny pieces. My son loves emergency vehicles so this police van went down well on his birthday. The roof comes off and the side and back doors open so is easy to get the characters in and out.

My 5yr old son asked to buy this with his birthday money to go with some other Playmobil Police stuff he has, he's very pleased with it & has played with it since it arrived yesterday. he's asked for the police station from Santa as well. it's a good size, reasonably well made & comes with lots of nice accessories

Great item, can't beat play mobile. Bought this for my grandson together with some extra 'jewel thief figures' hours of fun had and will probably be passed on to other siblings as he grows older as Playmobile never wears out!!

Playmobil is far better for children than competition provided by Lego. When a child builds a car or van with Lego it often falls apart and the child is frustrated. Once put together Playmobil stays together.

Great toy my grand son loves it, educational and interesting, keeps him occupied for ages, well made as usual, stands a lot of hard play/ work. I notice Wallis and Gromit are locked in the back of the van.

My 5 year old LOVES playmobil & this didn't disappoint the usual high quality you would expect with lots of accessories. Lots of space for loading the 'baddies' in the back too, fab toy.

Ordered from Amazon arrived on time present for our youngest grandson he loves it bit fiddley to put together but looks good when done would reccomend to anyone .
