This took me 10 -15 minutes to put together although I don't see why I had to, as the bits all go back into the box tidily together after construction, Playmobil do this to make packaging, transport, sales easier for them, but the toys are designed for 4 - 10 year olds, and at the lower end of the scale, a four year old would find it most frustrating to try fix the bits together. A certain amount of force is required. The wardrobe mirror sticker requires un peeling of the film after application to give the full shine effect. The little handles take quite a push to lock in. Why couldn't this be done in the factory, putting the seat on the chair, the mirrored stickers onto the wardrobe.Parents and grandparents are already fed up with dozens of later unrecognisable Playmobil parts floating around, choking hazards for babies and pets every one. After all, once assembled it is hugely unlikely that the owners will want to deconstruct all again.The working bedside light is the best bit and looks sweet inside a room when the day is ending, illuminating the room. The purchaser must also have ready 3 AAA batteries to make the little lamps glow. You need a tiny cross thread screw driver to open the battery section. I imagine these lights will last for ages, as the bulbs are so tiny and go off again if left on for a few minutes. The quality of the bits and bobs is poor, a paper mat, a bedspread of the thinnest nylon. In my day we made our dolls house dolls actually cosy with soft sheets and woolly covers. the doll looks awkward on top of the hard bed rather than comfy.This set is meant to go inside the Playmobil 'Dollhouse', the scale is correct for that edifice. I think it is sad that the house arrives unfurnished and then more spending has to happen to make each room interesting. Effectively more than doubling the price. You are locked into added value by buying the house in the first place. This may not matter to you, but should be pointed out.

The Master Bedroom set is part of the Playmobil Dollhouse collection and contains 24 parts including one Playmobil figure wearing a one-piece swimming costume with a detachable skirt. There are some metallic stickers to create the mirrors on the wardrobe doors and dressing table as well as a printed card oval to create the rug and a pink fabric sheet for the bed. Also included is an instruction sheet and a small booklet showing the rest of the Dollhouse collection.There is very little assembly needed with this set. Care needs to be taken in applying the metallic stickers for the mirrors as you only get one chance to line these up. Although this is the master bedroom set,the colour scheme of pink and lime green makes it feel more like a girl's room.The bedside lights can be turned on and off independently by an easy to operate switch to the side of each lamp. The lights work from 3 AAA batteries, which are not supplied. The most difficult part of the assembly is to install the batteries into the base of the bed unit .You will need a screwdriver (also not supplied) to do this job.Whilst this set can be played without the Dollshouse, there is less to play with in this set as a stand-alone item. The big feature of this set is the working lights on the double bed.This is a nice bedroom set, made to the usual high standards of Playmobil accessories. I would not put this set first on my list of ‘must have’ sets because it doesn't have the stand-alone play value of something like the Country Kitchen set. It is more like something to get if you own the actual Dollhouse and want to furnish the rooms.

•Everything including the girl is inside this lovely set of The Playmobil 5309 Master Bedroom Doll House.The fittings are well appointed and include a comfy looking double bed with a matching pink blanket.The black figure is an elegant lady with a colourful dress which is easily removed and very fashionable.She has a wonderful oval rug and a matching set of double wardrobe, superb dressing table and functioning bedside lights.It would be an ideal starter set or could be added to the range to create a larger dolls’ house collection.Just like any of the other sets It would make a good choice for a present for that special little person in your life.Of course it matches the rest of the Playmobil range and you can add to theLiving room to create further rooms.The light set requires just 1 RO3,LRO3 or AAA batteries.These are not provided so you will need a set.As always ensure you get the leak proof type the cheapo zinc always leak and ruin the connections..Suitable from aged 4 right up to 104 this is a set that is sure to please even the most demanding potential Bake Off Star of the Future.Delightful.

A 24 piece bedroom set, ideally placed within the Dollhouse, playmobil's current home-making roleplay set. This set can be used standalone, however it's potential is definitely unlocked within play house of some sort. There are a few items to construct, which are fairly straightforward for older children although some thought is required; foundation children will definitely require adult aid. There are only three stickers and they are not fiddly little ones. Bedroom themed accessories are included to maximise roleplay potential.There are a few of standouts in this set. The bedside lights are powered (3x AAA batteries, not included) and the cloth duvet and mirrors are a nice touch.I've not seen a black playmobil person before and it's great to see racial diversity represented by the brand.Well priced considering the quality and range of the set.

This Master Bedroom is a lovely Playmobil set and comes with everything you might want in your Playmobil Bedroom. It’s the second set that we’ve ordered for our Playmobil Deluxe Dolls House and is the clear favourite of my five year old daughter. It’s nicely designed and well-made as you might expect from Playmobil with some lovely little touches - such as the lamps either side of the bed that actually light up! Again there are some small pieces supplied with this set, so be careful if there are younger brothers or sisters around. My daughter’s only comment about the set is that it would have been better if you could take the little play persons skirt off so she could sit down properly.Bless!

This is a good little set. It is fine on its own or in any dolls house. However we have the playmobil delux dolls house, and it is absolutely ideal for using in this.The set does take a bit of putting together on arrival. I always find this a minor irritation. We've found that children's small fingers sometimes just aren't strong enough to be able to push bits together.However once in use its a lovely and complete bedroom set. I like the fact that the lamps can light up - it makes it all a bit unique. There are other nice touches such as a cover for the bed.It is well made and designed, as I've come to expect from playmobil.Would recommend.

This Playmobil set comprises of 24 pieces which make up a master bedroom: bed with bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe, dressing table and chair, rug, and a woman with separate sarong, towel, book, brush, clock, sun cream and perfume.Whilst some of the pieces are small, they are all chunky and well made so perfect for the age range intended (4-10). The best bit about this set is that the bedside lamps light up with the addition of 3xAAA batteries. The only negative is that this is best used alongside the dolls house and further furniture packs from Playmobil and so could end up quite expensive.

This is part of the Doll's house range - there is, of course, a big doll house these sets fit straight into. That said, it's great just in its own with a bit of imagination. The lights are a lovely touch, which immediately catches kids attention and the rest of the set is well thought out. Unlike other Playmobil sets, this one is full of small parts, so do consider the child's age. I don't think this would be a good set for a 3/4 yo not only because they might eat things but also because they will just lose the bits.Overall though a lovely set, part of a very well made series.

I love playmobile so much ! My children had endless hours playing with their ever growing collection in the late 80s and now I'm buying even more for my grandchildren, to add to the amazing collection I have and now find impossible to get rid off, from my childrens childhood? Every piece as perfect as the day it was bought ....amazing product!!

Playmobil do it again with a wonderfully detailed toy. The dressing room set looks great and the accessories you get are a nice touch too. A nice set to add to other Playmobil sets. You get a bed, wardrobe, dressing table and little brushes etc. Really good.
