Instructions are good but could be a little better. But sturdy, you have to really push the plastic to get it to lock in and once it's locked in its difficult to take a part (which if you have children like mine that's a good thing) I was shocked at how sturdy they are. Only thing is it comes with so many tiny pieces which get lost so easily!

Bought this for our Granddaughter’s birthday recently as we heard it’s what she wanted. She was thrilled when she opened it on the day. Very happy girl.

Smaller than I thought,, my daughter loves this house, it's well made, lots of accessories, it's value for money

It is ok, some items are not that easy to assemble or figure out where to put. But kids still like it.

As with all playmobil it needs assembly by an adult but the toy then gives hours of role play fun.
