This pen is very nicely weighted and balanced for writing. It comes with a blue jotter refill ink and I replaced it with a gel ink jotter refill from Parker (medium size). Wow, this really makes a big difference and the pen is like one of the gel ink disposable pens but with a very good balance for writing. The components of this pen are all made of solid metal and I don't see any plastic materials with it. The spring is fitted with the upper compartment of the pen and therefore no fear of loosing it while you open it for replacing the refill. Overall a very good ball point pen for this price. The bright colour painting (I bought yelllow)appears to be tough and likely to last.

Lovely heavy pen, beautiful colour (teal). Very fussy about pens because I do a lot of daily hand writing, this one is great and hits the mark. Well-balanced, replaceable ink, smooth twist open and close, and as I say, nice and weighty. All in all very pleased and would definitely buy another. Not always easy to find things in my favourite colour but this rich Teal is spot on.In heavy daily use for about two months and has two small knocks (my own fault, having dropped it on a wooden floor), but not too upset - nice to have a bit of character I suppose!Will be making this my go-to brand from now on. Feels great in my hand and writes beautifully too. It's quite heavy but not too much and I like to know I have a pen in my hand. Good quality and colours are really vibrant. I bought 3 of red/lime/turquoise and two were for gifts. Both were received very well, with complements. Highly recommend this. Packaging is great for a gift too and all came with a refill. I want a purple one now.

This ballboint-pen looks really great, is quality-made and perfectly balanced, not too heavy and not too light. With the original Platignum refill, the writing is very comfortable and smooth. Without any exaggeration, I can say this is the best pen I ever wrote with!

Light, chunky grip, easy on the fingers, this was a pen I have bought several times in succession so as always to have one at hand at home or in the office. Comes in different colours. Well worth trying if you are looking for a comfortable ballpoint.

Very comfortable to write with this is a nice heavyweight pen. The bright yellow colour is easy to spot in the office to retrieve from whoever had wandered off with it,as it is such a nice pen this does happen fairly frequently.

This is a great chunky pen. I write for a living and it is really difficult having to write for two hours at a time without getting a cramp in the hand. the black ink is more stable on the page than the blue.

I love these pens, great value for money. I like a weighty pen and these are ideal for meThey also take Parker refills, so plenty of accessible refills. Colours are vibrant and durable.

A heavy pen, but lovely to write with. Comes with a spare refill. Nice colour and a very good price. My son borrowed it and asked if he could keep it. Have since bought two more.

Excellent pen bought as a gift for a friend who loves all things yellow great that it takes standard Parker pen refills making it easy when a replacement is required

One of the best pens I've ever owned, refill is a bonus. No effort needed to write, better than parker pens.
