As a self-confessed pen addict, there is nothing in the world of pens that compares with the feel of a Bic biro. And, 50 of them? That sort of pleasure should be be made illegal, that's all I can say.The anticipation as you watch the postman or postwoman trudge up to your door (unless you actually have to work for a living, in which case it will be the anticipation that is seeing you through your work day), the excitement as you tear open the package... and then the sheer exultation at finding fifty of these quite breathtaking pens - and they're all yours! Think about that for a moment; They don't run out of ink very quickly, thanks to that Bic genius.

The pens themselves are as expected from Bic: top-notch quality and inexpensively so! However, maybe I'm being pedantic, the pens didn't arrive in the displayed packaging. Instead, they came in a (nonetheless padded) envelope. But, I guess it doesn't matter too much.The pens themselves really held up during exam season, and they didn't run out during my sitting the papers. That brings me to comfort. They are comfortable (and somehow gave me a bit of confidence too). Although, after intense, long periods of time of writing, the pens do start to impose their shape over your fingers! I've always been a fan of BIC ballpoint pens. Maybe it's a throwback to my school days, when I used to wave them over a bunsen burner's flame during Chemistry lessons and bend the softened plastic into amusing shapes (except when I accidentally set them on fire). Sorry Mum, I got through far more pens than I should have done.However, along with their melting properties, they also happen to write particularly well. Where other brands can get scratchy with sticky ballpoints, leak or just not work at all, I always find BICs to be a reliable writing implement. That's not to say they're 100% reliable as they do occasionally fail, but it's a rare occurrence.At just 20 pence per pen this pack of 10 is a relative bargain.

I have been using these pens for the past 5 years through high school writing essays and completing exams and they have never let me down. The ink doesn't smudge, it will wash off skin reasonably well and it never blocks or causes any problems. A top quality 5 star item I will continue to use for years to come.As for the seller, everything went smoothly and the pens came 2 days after my order with standard delivery. Upon ordering (about midday) I received an email about 2 hours later saying my item had been dispatched. And once delivered were packaged in a standard envelope without retail packaging which at the end of the day saves me time unwrapping everything anyway.

What can I say about a product that everybody loves? I don't normally give all five stars with my ratings unless the items are really good, but I think these pens deserve all five of them. In my view, the most useful BIC ballpoint pens are blue ones, and they're not just useful, but reliable too, as they work until the ink is completely finished. At the moment this 10 pack is £3, so it'll be 30p each, so even if I lose one of them (I keep losing them) or my colleagues 'borrow' it permanently, that's fine - I always keep a few of them in my pencil case, so it's always there!When I need to use a pen, I want to be find one within a second, so I keep these pens in different pockets in my bag,

Good biros, perhaps pricey (though I am a student so anything under £1 prolly would be). Sometimes the infuriating experience of the pen 'running out' for about 5 minutes when it still has 90% of ink left becomes too much if you only have one pen on you or are in an exam (defo take 2-3 in with you) and you don't know if the ink is gna come back within a short space of time to make it not worth changing pens (to switch or not to switch pens!). I'm sure there's some kind of trick for solving this problem other than frantically scribbling the bejeezus out of your exam script (sorry examiner...)

I ordered these BIC pens as I use them frequently because they work well and I trust the BIC brand. Also, I wanted the pens in a box so that I would be able to easily store them - having dozens of pens all over the place in the office is a nightmare!The pens arrived swiftly however one of the boxes had quite a large dent in it. Therefore, I called up the seller who swiftly offered me a replacement or a refund - without needing to return the pens to them!Overall, these pens are good quality, giving a darker blue than most pens and they should usually come in a good, non-dented box too!

If I ever need a pen, I will always reach for a Bic Biro. They are a must have for college, university, even sitting on the desk in the office!They write superbly, far smoother than most Biros sold - especially compared to cheap supermarket Biros. I also haven't everhad a single pocket-explosion (but as with all pens I don't recommend keeping one in a trouser pocket!)Well-made, long-lasting and also excellent for drawing with, you can't get an everyday Biro much better than this.(A box of 50 of these pens, at this price, is an absolute bargain!)

The product itself is of good quality, I can confirm items are genuine Bic Cristal Medium Ball Pen. Item came very quickly, ordered on Thursday 29th of August 2013, and item arrived Tuesday 3rd of September 2013. One thing that must be noted however is that the pens come loose and not in official Bic packaging as picture shows, I though this was a bit misleading, but pens do seem, to be brand new, however I would have preferred the pens to come as they were illustrated. Overall good item, and seller dispatched items quickly

Is there anything new that can be said about the 'Bic' pen? This simple device is a legend in its own time. Works, straight out of the pack, crystal clear (see how much ink you have left), comfortable in the hand (left or right) and is a constant companion that'll never let you down! You can can even lend it without worrying about getting it back - cos it's so cheap and available absolutely everywhere!So,forget those diamond-studded bespoke pens by other makers, this is the only writing implement you'll ever need.

You don't really appreciate the true quality and reliability of a Bic biro until the organisation you work decides to cut costs and order a budget version. They order in a lightweight pen which, if it does ever write, packs in after a couple of days. You never get that with a Bic - unless you cover the tip with grease or try to write upside down. (Against the laws of physics.) This is the most reliable product you can buy which will last through miles and miles of writing. I love them. Watch out for thieves!

...but, as in so may work environments, pens are always in short supply, especially good ones like the BIC brand. Having purchased or seen other pens being purchased, because they were "cheap", it never paid, as these were causing more problems than they were worth, from running out in the middle of that important memo during a phone call, to blotching your shirt with a nice black stain...Stick to what you know, and buy yourself a box of these, they'll last you ages, as long as you keep them chained down.

The pens are really good as you can use them non stop without the worry of them leaking or breaking. One of the pens lasted around a few weeks of writing around 2 hours a day. However they are not grippy enough in my opinion and if your hand gets sweaty after writing for a while I highly recommen getting a rubber sleeve to put over the pen. They are only a couple of pounds yet last forever.In conclusion it was a good product especially for the price yet I do recommend buying a rubber sleeve for it.

I like to physically write ideas and notes down with a pen and paper, rather than use a computer especially with studying. This box of 50 red BiC pens will last me for ages even with the amount of writing that I do. BiC do make nice pens for writing, nice consistent line with a good amount of colour. With 50 you don’t need to worry about loosing them or having them run out of ink you just grab another one out of the box. With this price amazon has the box for it works out at an amazing 18p per pen.

I bought these primarily because I was getting bored on work video chats in lockdown. Now I am happily doodling away whilst the rest of the team talk about productivity.Just be warned to turn your camera off though, I forgot this on the Mon morning managers meeting and was blissfully doodling a picture of my boss whilst everyone on the call were watching me and giggling to themselves. Thankfully my boss presumed I was taking notes and ended up giving me an award for productivity! Thanks BIC!
