Then I bought these pens.It is a well-known fact by now, that many of the great artistic works of the human race have been achieved thanks to the wonders of the Bic Cristal Grip. The complete works of Shakespeare? The bard used the clear barrel black variety. Lord Byron’s ‘She walks in beauty’: clear-barrelled blue, Percy Bysshe Shelley’s Ozymandias: orange-barrelled red; but then, he was always something of a maverick, not to mention Siobhan Fahey’s use of the clear-barrelled black to pen the lyrics to Banarama’s 1984 hit ‘Robert De Niro’s Waiting’.

To Mr J Ward I would like to say "Au contraire, mon frère"; the Bic Cristal Grip drags the iconic, but aging Bic Cristal into the 21st century. While it retains the sleek lines and elegant profile of the standard Cristal, the minor tweaks that the scientists at Bic have introduced make it a more complete pen. Its gorgeous translucent lid allows me to see the nib without ever needing to take it off and the rubber grip provides a more sensual writing experience. My fingers never tire of grasping the Cristal's smooth, yet adhesive surface.This is 3p extra very well spent.

20 pens for this price!? It could not get better.I love to use this pens. They are very comfortable and not to forget very cheap.It hasnt failed me yet and I intend to order a lot more of this and stock up :).There are better pens out there, but they will be a lot more expensive. If you are not to fuss about "perfect quality", than this pen is the perfect buy for you.10/10

I have obtained these pens through Subscribe and save that was until yesterday when my normal shipment arrived and I had two sets of pens in BLUE not one of each color. I have tried to use Amazons Chat thing but got nowhere with them. So still missing my black pens.Apart from this problem I have no problem with the pens themselves they are very easy for me to use.

These are good value everyday pens that do the job very reliably. They come in big quantity and therefore there is a good chance you'll find one when in need. A special smooth plastic mould is provided for the grip area hence discomfort is avoided from the crinkles on the body of the pen. There is nothing outstanding to suggest highest rating hence 4-star.

Meh, they work, but I don't really think you can call it a cushioned grip when it's pretty much as hard as the rest of the plastic on the pen. Maybe I got a bad batch that had hardened somehow, but I doubt it.Also, the cap doesn't fit over the end as shown in the photos, so you'll probably lose it.Still, for 78p I'm not going to complain too much :)

Nice pen and writes well, even for someone like myself with bad handwriting!The only problem I've found is when placing the cap onto the opposite end of the pen whilst writing, it doesnt fit well and often falls off. This is only a minor irritation, but poor design. Something that BIC should of been more aware of.

BIC pens are a great designed product and have been a standard pen for ma years. With the addition of the rubber finger grip soft barrel are even better. Good product but shop around for the best deal. Choice stationers were the cheapest for a box of 20, but they do not come up if you search for this product.

They are perfectly good.One thing that bugs me about these and all pens is... how do these things go missing? I bought this pack of pens a couple of months ago, I write maybe 10 words per day by pen, and yet I cannot find a pen in my whole office. Will have to buy more!

A quality pen to write with, sits in your hand very smoothly, and when you write it has a very nice flow. i bought 2 sets which should last a hell of a long time, they seem to go on and on, you have more chance of losing the pen, rather than the ink runnning out.

One thing I could never find in our house was a working pen... Until I got these that is, now I always have a good quality, working pen at hand! One of my best buys ever, my only regret is that I haven't always had a box of these around!

I bought these pens for my GCSE exams. They were great to write with and are very compfortable! The grip is very soft so holding the pen feels great! It's also amazing value for money as each pen lasts a reasonably long time!

Used for all my GCSE exams which I got strait A*'s on. VERY very good , fine and neat , very comfortable. However but from a different source as it charged nearly 4 pound for delivery !! Much cheaper from another supplier.

Literally my favourite pen for essay writing, very quick and allows me to get work done quickly in philosophy. It allowed me to write 11.5 sides in my essay on Wednesday and I'm sure it will come in handy on Tuesday.

Love these Cristal Grip pens - they never sell the blue ones in the shops, so I snapped these up when I saw them. They are comfortable to write with and they write really smoothly. Fast delivery too - recommended
