I have a Cross pen i received as a gift a few years ago. I use it as my primary note taking pen (with a Moleskine notebook) at work. When I started keeping a bullet journal, it became my primary writing device (besides colorful markers). I use this pen every day, for both my personal notes and for note-taking in meetings at work. When the ink ran out in my Cross pen, i found these replacements on Amazon, at what seemed a good price. They fit the pen perfectly, are easy to insert, and have a writing feel i really like (not scratchy at all - but also not so liquid that they bleed everywhere). I give them four, rather than five stars for two reasons. 1) I think the cartridges could last a bit longer than they do.

If I could give this 4.5 stars, or even 4.75, I would. These refills are *nearly* perfect for my purposes. They write very smoothly, they never leak, the price is reasonable, and I enjoy writing with them.The only drawback for me is that the ink writes lighter than I am accustomed to. I need to use a firmer hand to get my handwriting to be as visible as I need it to be.If you do not require a very dark line when you write, there is no reason not to give this product 5 stars. If you need a darker line from your pen, either be prepared to use a firmer hand when you write, or try another refill.

I have 3 Cross pens that I really love and use every single day. The refills are very good quality and last for a very long time. I have always preferred the broad ones and am so glad that Amazon carries them in the pack of 2 and the blue color. I stocked up with several packs so that I will never be without them. It truly makes writing a pleasure when I write with my beautiful Cross pens! I never use my other pens anymore, only the Cross pens.

Last school year I used gel pens. Then I decided to get out my gold Cross pen, a high school graduation gift from 1980 something... When shopping for Cross refills I tried the broad points and loved them. Smoother than gel, with the heavy solid feel of a quality pen.Unlike some gels, these do not clump or streak.

It works as I hoped. I found my 15 year old pen and decided to start using it. The med blue refill that was in it felt dry, like it needed to be lubricated. This broad black refill does not have that dry feeling and writes very well. Now I just have to get used to the ultra thin feel of the pen.

This product met expectations wonderfully. The broader, smooth writing point enhances the appearance of my writing and is easier to see. I would like to see greater availability of the Cross Ballpoint Pen Refill, Broad Blue. Is it possible to get this refill in a blue gel ink?

Very pleased I was able to source these refills as they are almost impossible to get hold of as individual refills from retail outlets.I use them in an 18K Century ball point and gives a much better balance to the pen as they are very free flowing.

It is nice to see the manufacturer's brand on Amazon. Helps to get to the minimum free shipping requirement. I have 20 years experience with Cross and 3 other of the top fine pen brands in the market and I vote for Cross for lasting the longest.

Pleased to say these are working well and I've been using them for a couple of months now, writing perfectly and smooth. I had been worried after reading about quality dropping in new Cross refills (fakes / cheaper build), but these are great.

Excellent product. Writes with ease. This will fit pens other than Cross. If your refill matches the Cross dimensions and features, they will work. How do I know? I replaced an identical non-Cross refill with these and they worked perfectly.

Refill works the same as all cross pens. Thought perhaps going to the broad tip might be better. Pen works flawless with continuous usage. Leave pen for a couple of days and have to scrible to get it started.

Very nice replacements for the originals. These have a large capacity, have metal sleeves and have Cross imprinted. Works great, good price and I expect many hours of use by looking at the ink reservoir.

This is a lovely refill of black ink for a lovely pen. It allows you to handwrite all kinds of stuff without smudging ;)An obvious choice if you have a Cross pen and the ink runs out :)

Works in my pen just fine, bought some knock off brand previously and they skipped and stopped in a short time. These leave a nice broad line and nice and smooth to work with.
