Product is excellent very classy looking as cross make a very elegant present...However the delivery was a joke. Delivery company decided to deliver my item to somebody 10km away from my address which was clearly visible on the packaging. Not only did they deliver to wrong address but confirmed it handed the package to me the recipient...Luckily the person who received delivery drove the 10km and delivered it to my address....what was also annoying is there is no address in the area that is the exact replica of my address and the driver even went to the wrong postal district yet my postal code was clearly printed on the label on the packaging...worryingly for me is I had no proof delivery was not made after receipt of email from Amazon confirming delivery,

These refills are very good write nice and smooth great for when you have favourite pens. Very good price, delivered quickly. Recommend the items and the seller.
