I was a little nervous about placing this order because my Sheaffer pen is over fifteen years old and I wasn't sure which refill it required. I last bought a batch of fifteen (genuine Sheaffer) refills around 2008/2009 and all it says on the last one is 'Sheaffer Refill' along the side and 'medium' around the top. Nowadays it seems you have to choose between a 'T' style refill or a 'K' style refill. Thankfully, the 'K' I ordered is exactly the same as the old refill in the pen, so if you find yourself in a similar predicament with an old Sheaffer ballpoint, the 'K' is probably the one you need too.The quality of the refill seems just as good as the old one. If I have any complaints after considerably more usage,

If this refill lasts as well as the last, I won't have to buy another one until 2020. Sadly, these things are hard to find in Gloucester so I am reduced to buying even such a cheap, simple thing as a refill on line. Nevertheless, it was easy to accurately choose the correct shape and size for my pen (which is probably forty years old), with confidence.

Amazon asks me to rate "Sheerness", which I (a native English speaker) do not understand in this context. Regarding "Longevity": I do not know yet how long the refill is going to last! It does write smoothly. I took a chance that it would fit a vintage Sheaffer ballpoint pen, and fortunately it did. Medium black version.

Just the job saving me hunting around shops for one.The www is always my first port of call these days because parking can be so difficult. No wonder high streets are in decline. When will these lefty councils realise many people cannot easily use the bus or tram, plus parking costs can be horrendous

Bought the 'blister' twin pack as they are a incredible saving on high street prices,in my opinion they write better than certain other leading brand refills and last longer before running dry. Very pleased and would recommend them to anyone.

I was presented with a Sheaffer pen one Christmas and it was a beautiful object to use. Since then I have always bought Sheaffer refills to maintain the beauty of the pen. The pen is now about 25 years old and still writing beautifully.

Was a little worried I wouldn't be able to get a refill for my pen I got for my 21st many moons ago! But this is the one, it seems I have finally found something that hasn't changed with the times.

I have been using these refills for over 30 years and it's a quality product. I was incredibly impressed with the speed of service from the sender - they arrived the next day! Excellent service!!!

What is on the lid is in the tin. If you are looking for a Schaeffer ballpoint refill then this is the genuine article. I could not find one in our local shops and this company got the honours.

Have struggeld to find refills for my pens elsewhere, and judging by the empty shelf space for these, so have others. Will definitely buy again. Arrived promptly and excellent value for money.

It's a replacement ink for a pen. I bought it, it has the colour of ink I wanted ...and when I move the pen across the page, the ink transfers to the page. So, ya know ....5 stars!

More expensive than the compatible versions but having experienced similar quality issues with compatible versions of other branded refills, felt the need to ensure a good result.

The refill, which is difficult to find on the High Street, arrived before time and as it fits a pen that has sentimental value, it was good to be able to find it on Amazon.

I spent a large proportion of my day looking for a refill for my lovable Sheaffer pen. this method online much more civilized and priced well also will be using it again
