I have a Lady 620 ballpoint that I got over 40 years ago as a bridesmaid. I haven't used it in ages because I was unsure of which refill to buy. But a helpful seller on a well known auction site advised me to buy the K refill. I am thrilled to say it fits and works perfectly with the click clip mechanism.The fine point writes beautifully. Don't know if it improves my handwriting, but it certainly makes writing special now.

This excellent refill fits an old pen which came as a souvenir of the Australian 2000 Olympics.(Can whoever is monitoring these reviews delete the one where I said the pen came from the 1956 Australian Olympics - that's 65 years ago and can't be right!)

My wife had an old scheaffer pen she got as a leaving present from a job but the ink ran out and we couldn't find replacements. tried this one and it works perfectly, my wife is very happy to have her posh pen working again.

I rediscovered a Sheafer ball point pen I have not used for over 20 years. My local WHSmith no longer stocks Sheafer so this was an alternative from where to purchase. Fitted and works perfectly.

I took a chance when buying these as I wanted them for a Sheaffer "Concord" Biro, they turned out to be exactly what was required. Pen now given to Grandson who is a flying nut.

Prompt service, well packaged, as advertised, perfect replacement, would use again. Husband can stop moaning about getting a fancy pen for Xmas that's the wrong colour ink. ;))

Great pen, soft smooth writing. Very different to the parker pens. The ink is not dark black. Would definitely recommend especially for joined up writing.

I do tend to favour the use of original manufacturer items, especially where ink is concerned. That way, you shouldn't get any unwanted surprises.

Nice and clear packaging. When unwrapped the Refill was a treat to put in and use. I shall always use Sheaffer Pens and refills from now on.

Arrived on time as advised, great product, works perfectly for my Sheaffer ball point pen, I am back to using it again...!!!!

Sheaffer Fine Black refill- exceptionaly good especially when all the pens are coming with Blue Medium refill

Refill for pen is great, lovely and fine ink for writing. Very pleased as pen was a gift a long time ago.
