This doll is great! Our 2 year old son wanted a black baby with a 'winky' like his friends dolly. We found this on Amazon and thought it was exactly what he wanted. Great price. It came in a plastic see-through package, which looks a bit cheap. The downside to the baby is that its head is not proportional to its body, and there is a strange thick fold of 'skin' around the back of the babies neck, which my 2 year old often asks 'whats that mummy?' which is a tad strange. Other than that, its a great item to teach children about the body and different coloured skin.

My daughter is mixed race (black&white) and so we wanted to get her a doll that was more like her colour than the typical 'white' dolls or the few darker 'black' dolls I've seen in the shops. This one is so near her colour its perfect.It's quite lifelike, and I like it being anatomically correct. It is also bathable - which is a great way to convinve our daughter to have a shower when she's not wanting to!Bought prem baby clothes in the sales for it as cheaper and better quality than doll clothes.

My 2 year old boy loves this baby doll and we are using it to learn body parts. It's the right size and weight for him to carry about and it seems robust so far.It is much smaller than a newborn, I've got some 'tiny baby' outfits that I've sewn around the waist to fit. Newborn hats and booties fit well though, so lots of dressing up to do.

Just what we was looking for. As older daughter has my one from when I was a child. My younger daughter really wanted one of her own too. Being that we were due our baby boy any day it was good for her to understand that's boys r different. Good quality, although tiny baby clothes r still to big for the doll so maybe premmie clothes.

As a childminder I have lots of dolls. This one however is the cheapest one I've bought and also the most popular. It's light in weight for even a one year old to move from cot to buggy. It's robust too. Definitely recommend that you buy.

My daughter is just starting to like dolls so I wanted something different than the "white/girl" doll, she absolutely loves "Alberto" (his name now). This doll is excellent, the quality is great, the size is great and it's beautiful.

Soooo so good. The quality and life likeness is impressive. It’s slightly lighter in complexion then I thought. The complexion is more like mixed raced as opposed to dark skinned- no biggie though.

I found it almost impossible to find a black male doll and this doll fits the bill. It's not very dark brown so works well for my dual heritage son. It is durable (and needs to be) but looks nice.

Took a little while to arrive but exacalypso as described and seen in picture. Childrenter have been playing dolls etc with it and it's hasn't got a mark on it, it seems to be quite robust.

Life like doll but mine wasn’t really brown, the colour is abit strange and purple in tone. Id still recommend it as otherwise fine and maybe to the average person it’s not noticeable.

Lovely doll made well my granddaughter loves it I made clothes for it before I gave the doll to her it would b even better if they was sold with some sort clothing on

I bought this doll for my 5 year old to teach my daughter about inclusion and diversity- it did the trick! She loves baby Jonny! It is well made and in proportion.

Good quality doll and easy to wipe clean. My 2 year old loves her baby and he’s just the right size for her to carry around. He comes everywhere with us.

Delivered faster than first thought. This is a lovely doll, is larger than I imagined. He looks better than pictured.A really nice doll . Very pleased.
