This is a typical'80s scent, almost impossible to buy in UK, used to be sold in Harrods. Hard to find in France too. That makes it an even better buy here through Amazon.Its a grown-up scent for a sophisticated woman. Much more of a perfume than some of todays light or chemical smelling fragrances. If you want a scent for sultry evenings, Bal a Versailles won't disappoint.

I got this based on reviews on a perfume site . I was not dissapointed! this is a attention grabbing scent.A good powerfull scent, not for those who dont like strong perfumes.I love to own rare noticeable perfumes and Bal A Versailles is just that .A very sexy lasting perfume that is hard to find. Musky yet talcy and very attention grabbing . Highly recommended !!

This gorgeous perfume has been around for ages but I have been unable to source it. Finally, I Googled it and found that Amazon sold it. It's still a marvellous scent. The only thing is it doesn't last as long as I seem to remember it did all those years ago in the 1960s! Maybe the actual perfume would be longer lasting.

This is a very classy long established scent which is very hard to locate on the high street. However you can obtain it online at a very good price. I have twice obtained it online for a gift. The scent is light but very distinctive do not hesitate to try!!

The first time I had this product was over 35 years ago - before I got married. My husband brought it for me and ever since I keep it in my cache for special occasions. It has a lingering smell but not strong.Try it and see.

I bought this cause Michael Jackson loved it and I wear it to remind me of him. It has an old fashioned, almost talcum powdery kind of smell and it took me some time to get used to but now I love it.

Good service,prompt delivery, lovely unusual perfume. My daughter is so happy with it, as she adored Michael Jackson. This bottle will not last very long.
