This is a beautiful pen in the classic tradition. In a world where everything is done digitally and people barely use sentences anymore ( at least my kids don't when they they talk to their friends), it's lovely to see a traditional fountain pen so nicely presented. It's black with a high shine cartridge and delicate silver nib. It comes gift boxed which makes this a wonderful choice as a gift for someone who is leaving or getting promoted. Extra catridges can be easily bought and with this kind of quality, there's no reason why this pen, carefully kept, couldn't last you for years.

This is one seriously fabulous pen from Parker. I am a huge fan of traditional pens and having used a fountain pen at school I was delighted to get back to some old school writing when this arrived. It feels huge quality (the box is also class) and as soon as I started writing I remembered how you can be so much more expressive with a nib than a normal pen. This is lovely, made me think of the past a lot and definitely a wonderful gift.

This is a really lovely, high quality fountain pen.It is extremely well made, solid and attractive. The nib is also very strong.It is lovely to write with, the ink flows well and leaves a nice smooth finish. I can see why this pen costs the extra money.It really is very good.

Its a great pen. It looks great and feels very comfortable while using it. Sometimes it takes a while for the ink to get to the nib but I assume all fountain pens are like this. There are much more expensive pens that do not look or feel as good as this one.
