It arrived on time, nice packaging, i don't find it heavy as other said, but not feather either, good balance. The metal thing from the lid to secure it in your pocket seems sturdy. This is good, as during meetings sometimes i get a bit nervous, tend to play with that piece of metal From the lid (i don't know its name) and all my pens end up with it broken, metal or plastic. It's pleasant to write with it. It's descreet, i personally like the balance between rather smooth shapes and masculine ends, not excesivelly abrupt. It makes a pleasant, solid sound when you put the lid back. It's easy to remove it or put it back, no excesive force is required. Others in the office appreciate it as well,

I love pens and am an avid collector of them..I was going to buy one of the Parker 5th pens, but was put off by the reviews concerning the poor performance and relatively high price of the ink refills.So, I settled on this pen instead.First impressions are is a very nice looking pen, in a nice mat black attractive finish with silver pocket holder.It's relatively heavy, which I quite like. I was worried given the low price that it would have a plasticky feel, but it hasn't. It's on a par weight wise with a number of my favourite fountain pens.How it writes - it's got the liquid ink, and a very narrow point. I'm not overly gone on the narrow point as I quite like a wider nib, but it writes well,

Well, the reviews were mainly excellent with a few other less positive comments that I thought I ought to put my spin on. The pen does come with ink, it isn't already in the pen as it would dry out eventually, and is in the packaging in the box (quite cleverly done as well). My ink was black, not blue as stated, which for me was again excellent, just what I wanted and I had ordered additional ink as well in case it really had blue ink in it, or no ink as in one other review. The pen is weighted well, it initially feels heavy but is balanced well and writes perfectly. In fact, its such a good pen that the only thing I'd really change is my writing!!! Well worth every penny spent. Thank you

Excellent pen. looks and feels great in the hand but there is one major issue. The top/cap only snaps into place on the front of the pen but if you try to put it on the back of the pen as I'd guess most people would do it falls of within minutes as there is no locking mechanism. Without the top on the back of the pen you find that's it rolls around your desk so you end up finding places to place it so it wont roll around.If I could be bothered I'd be getting onto Parker and giving their design team a real old telling of as its obviously not been tested after manufacturer.

This Parker pen is absolutely beautiful it’s worth every penny of the price paid (£14.99) it’s got great detail to the pattern on the pen and the brown colour is stop on it’s got a nice good weight to it without being heavy and it’s very comfortable to use the ink is black and it writes really well and quite deep I have a few Parker pens and this is my favourite yet it’s a really gorgeous pen and it’s definitely very gift able it’s presented in a nice quality box too I highly recommend it

❤️ love ❤️When I was at school every year we brought new stationery for the start of the new school year, one year I brought a beautiful Parker pen. It was used but then must of run out and possibly a refill was never brought.So 25ish years later I saw this beauty and had to have it. Now I'm totally in love, it writes like a dream and reminds me all those years later why I'm addicted to pens and pencils!.

Highest quality pen I've ever used and it really shows. A nice weight to it.Edited from 5 stars: when writing with it, it feels and sounds "scratchy" which isn't pleasant. I thought it'd get better as I used it, but after a month it still sounds scratchy... I suppose it's because the provided cartridge is fine... hopefully a medium size cartridge will sound normal.

Firstly, is everyone complaining it comes without a refill checking the box?!? Mine was in a little slot in the bed where the pen rests. This is a nice pen; I wanted a black pen (wife wouldn't get me a black Porsche design tec-flex) as a 'briefcase' pen but I like it so much it might replace the P3120 currently residing in my suit jacket!! Great service as well.

ordered my pen tuesday evening really late and it arrived today Thursday. Lovely weight and definitely not too garish in colour. I at first thought it had come with no interior refill but checking the packaging it was boxed in revealed a refill slid into the packaging of the pen outer box. Writes beautifully. I'm very pleased with it

I bought a couple of these pens under the impression that it would take standard Parker ball point and gell refills. It doesn't. If you buy one of these, be aware that it only takes Parker rollerball refills. Other than that, great pen, writes well, and is great for those of us who need to take ergonomics seriously.

I bought a black one of these from W.H. Smith and was pleased with it, so I decided to buy another one. Unfortunately the only other choice in W.H. Smith was pink so I ordered a blue one on here. The blue refill that came with it was very scratchy and uneven, but all was well once I put a black refill in.

Bought this as a Xmas present for my wife, of course she hasn't seen it yet but I was so impressed I bought one for myself, not pink of course, I got myself the matt black version. Really stylish pens, lovely weight to them and very comfortable to hold.Highly reccomended.

Excellent quality pen! I'm not quite sure why this one is so cheap. It's a substantial thickness and really feels expensive. Glides when it writes and leaves a consistent and vivid mark. The details in the pink gold shaft look great. Brilliant to give as a gift!

Lovely pen. feels good in hand. The refill is a bit dodgy though. forces you to hold the men a bit more vertically than normal or it feels a bit scratchy. Based on research though it may be an issue with refills made in France, which is what mine came with.

This pen has a ballpoint pen and a propeller pencil available in the same colour making a nice set for someone who likes this colour. My daughter had lost her pen and this a replacement.This ais a good quality Parker pen with refills readily available.
