I purchased this microwave to replace another Panasonic microwave. I wanted the microwave to have the Inverter technology and this model checks that box as well as having the additional benefit of being space saving. It is aesthetically pleasing with an attractive stainless steel facade with real soft touch buttons and a timer dial. The machine heats up food evenly and because of its 1000W capability, it is satisfyingly fast, with an added bonus of being very quiet during operation. Overall very pleased with the purchase. 8.5/10

Our last Panasonic lasted ten years, so we looked for another reasonably priced one. We were pleased to find that it had the same internal dimensions as the old one but its external size was considerably smaller, so it didn't take up as much room. It's very quick and easy to set up and start using; its design is attractive and it has the features we need such as for automatic rice and baked potato cooking. We don't need an integrated grill or oven, just a dependable microwave - and this is it.

I bought this Panasonic NNSD27HS microwave oven to replace my 18 year old Pansonic NN-A772SBBPQ, after it finally failed. The performance is the same. However, the quality is inferior. Only the front of the door is now stainless steel. The case is grey painted steel and the door frame is plastic. I'm not sure this oven will last as long as my last. Also, the dial to select the hours, minutes and seconds is a little bit cumbersome, compared to indivdual pushbuttons on my old unit.

Neat design and sits on a worktop. Stainless steel finish fits in with rest of kitchen. Performs well and cooks effectively - just like our previous Panasonic microwave. Wish it had either a "30 second" or "one minute" button, (it has neither) but we can live with that. The controls may be seen as a little "old-fashioned" but again these are the same as on our previous Panasonic microwave so they're not a problem to us. Quiet in operation - it's notably quieter than older models!

I did a lot of research before buying this microwave and it doesn't disappoint. Easy to use whether defrosting, reheating or cooking. Just as easy to clean with a quick wipe down and it has a cleaning setting built in for a more thorough clean. I bought the brushed steel version which looks good in my kitchen. The inverter technology makes it 'less deep' on the outside so fits better on the countertop, giving you more space. Great capacity (27l) for such a compact microwave.

Neat design and very easy to 'drive'. I like the inverter method so that it doesn't just duty-cycle full power - less boiling over (for me). I'm a little concerned about the power consumption when it's just sat there (no fan, no light, just the clock); it appears to be using just over 30watts. My 25 year old previous m-wave takes 1Watt. That's very disappointing for a product made in 2018. That's quite a few kWh per annum. I'll be switching it off at the plug from now on.

It is definitely worth reading the information books which comes with it in order to fully appreciate what it is capable of. It is easy to operate. With its different power levels makes it easy to cook both quickly as well as delicately which could be even more important. Its timer allows you to cook without you being there almost for 24 hours. It looks and is sturdy so you can be rest assured unlike some cheaper versions the knobs do not come off or turn redundantly.

Good performance in particular chaos defrost works really well with steaks without cooking them. It lacks a quick button for short cooking times. If you use the microwave a lot to warm a mug of milk the time wheel can be a little fiddly.Chaos Defrost and other menus require you to memorize a 10 item list, i.e 1 is Bread, 2 is Meat items, etc... they could have put a sticker with the list. I have done it my self that is stuck with celotape, but it isn't as nice.

Really love this microwave , really similar to my previous one of the same brand just updated and more powerful. The open button is smoother and easier than before and the microwave is light but sturdy enough that it doesn't slide back and you push the open button. It sounds different to previous model and it's fan cools it down after cooking & it has a child safety feature, the turntable glass is bigger and best of all for us is it fits my steam steriliser inside

We decided to move a step up from the budget models and we are glad we did. Good looking, well made and in terms of performance it's the best microwave I've ever used.. Most powerful setting is 1000 watts and gets stuff hot pretty quickly. The other settings all have their uses and the best thing is that the energy seems to be delivered steadily, and heats the food evenly. A simple one touch start would have been a bonus, but you can't have everything.

This microwave is absolutely impressive and powerful it cooks food extremely well without any cold spots in the food ESPECIALLY FROZEN FOOD! 1000W with inverter is absolutely fantastic and I personally would suggest you get a panasonic microwave with inverter, you won't regret it at all. This is definitely one of the best microwaves on the market. The stainless steel also makes it easy to clean and it closely resembles microwaves used in restaurants.

My old microwave packed up a couple of weeks ago just as I had guests round, so I searched online for a bargain and saw this sent my brother to collect just before store closing, started using as soon as he got back has been brilliant so far.I never usually buy spontaneously but this buy was the best, I am really pleased with it and would definitely recommend, the only con is its stainless steel so marks easily otherwise really simple to use.

I am very pleased with my purchase, it is exactly what it says in the description. It looks good and is a little more compact than my older Panasonic which has been a reliable, good quality, quiet item for easily 12 years + my guess is even longer. My only negative would be the stainless steel finger plate around the controls. My old version was silver as is the body of this new one. It certainly wouldn't stop me purchasing this appliance.

Does what it says good value for money as more powerful had to adjust my usual cooking defrosting times Have not yet got to grips with all the features on it but am getting on in life so will take me a bit longer than the younger folk. once i get my head round it i will be able to use it for more tings than i did my last one I did cook some steamed puddings which came out a lot better in the microwave than cooking them by other methods

We bought this to replace the one that had broken after 14 years. So far, so good! It’s powerful albeit, not many cooking instructions on foods consider 1000w. The manual is really helpful in also explaining how a microwave actually works. I thought it was interesting! For me, I wanted a replacement that looked good in our kitchen as well as having actual buttons rather than a plastic keypad and stainless. I recommend.
