The charging connection broke after 3 months and that wasn't covered at all by Amazon, so that was disappointing. However the manufacturer has a 1 year return policy and after contacting them sent out a new OZOBOT. My daughter loves the robot itself and is really happy to have the replacement. So great product, great support from the manufacturer, just be careful with the charging.

Don’t buy an Ozbot without this kit! Sets the benchmark for size/shape of marks made by hand with the felt pens and thereby avoids disappointing performance through user error - kids will thank you for it!
