Have been using Osram bulbs for most purposes where possible (house, car etc) and I am always amazed why anyone would not like to purchase these as they perform really well and the longevity is just excellent. It just goes to show all the investments in R&D they make is not for nothing. Even better, when there is an issue, the Osram Customer service has been quite helpful up to now but I have hardly ever needed to make use of it. Quality is excellent, I still try not to touch the glass of any bulb as I was taught and use thin gloves but the light that comes out of the bulbs is more than good enough for reading purposes !

Fitted perfectly into a pretty old reading lamp with no flickering. One tube is slightly darker than the other but I don't mind because it is too bright for my purposes anyway. I should have got the warm white version.If you need bright light for detailed work its good. I'd say it will be too tiring for reading.It came in an oversized envelope and the box it was in was crushed. I thought it would be broken but it wasn't.

The product is excellent and exactly what I wanted. The seller despatched it on the day I ordered it. I'd paid extra for next-day delivery but sadly that wasn't achieved. It arrived three days after ordering, ie two days late and as the next-day delivery cost more than the actual item I'm not best pleased about that. I'll be asking for a refund of that cost.

After 30 years my desktop lamp (anglepoise low voltage type and top quality and a good friend by now) gave up and I was about to dump it but thought that all might be required was a new tube. Amazon came up with the goods and delivered it promptly. Patient now recovered and in robust good health- what more can I say? A bargain- check back in 30 years.

The lamp bulb is very good but I was concerned with the packaging.. the bulb came with a flimsy cardboard box but Not strong enough for a fragile item inside a jiffy bag.. I was relieved when I opened it to find that it was in one piece.. Can't fault the product at a very reasonable price.. will buy again..

Such a great replacement for the original, at least 10 years old, and the light seems even brighter than before.At this price, and delivered next day by Prime, I have no complaints about the price or the service.Now, this replacement just has to last for 10 years for complete satisfaction !

High reccommend. Sadly dispite the excellent packaging that was used it arrived smashed however I requested a replace and a new one arrived the next day all perfect. Plugged into the tank and works fine.

Not entirely happy with the uniformity of the light output. Approximately 1/4 of the tube was much dimer than the rest. Having said that it did not detract from the overall usefulness of the lamp

Delighted with both performance of bulb and with delivery time. The desklamp that I have is ancient but this bulb will, hopefully, keep it going for a few more years.

Delivered perfectly before time , it lights as it says .It was easy to fix in my shower room .I will recommend it.

Colour of light is cool white as described and its working fine as I have now had it installed for over a week.

Excellent product. Reasonably priced. Bit disappointed with this not being part of prime delivery.
