I accidentally bought this 2 tube instead of the 3 tube bulb.the socket is the same and the light omitted is great!!if you think of ordinary car headlights as warm or extra warm and think of xenon headlights as cool then you get a similar affect in my living room with this "cool white" bulb as opposed to one of the warm options.warm lights are yellow, this light is white and it's great because it means I now don't have to buy the more expensive 3 tube bulbs now. (sorry if this sounds confusing but I thought it might help with an analogy)

When I first moved here these were the bulbs that were in place, I went on to purchase the cheaper (but not by far) Phillips brand. I have been here 3.5 years now and I have changed all the 15 Osram bulbs at different periods throughout , the first went about 18 months,give or take, the last about 24. I changed to Phillips and have changed them alot more frequently, so I have gone back to Osram, as it seem from my living experience to be a better bulb. ( my tip: I now write the date on the bulb...gotcha!)

Hard to find in your average shops, and very expensive when you do manage to find one! This is perfect, and exactly what I needed delivered within a few days.The cool white, which I ordered accidentally instead of a warm one, is slightly brighter than my other bulbs - but this actually work out better because a better light can now escape my black lightshades!

After trying every supermarket shop avaliable with no success in replacing my broken light bulb I was 'lit up' to find what I wanted on the Amazon site. The item was delivered on the date promised and I am no longer in the dark. I now use Amazon on a regular basis as it seems to always have the items I am looking for.

This design of low energy bulb is difficult to come across in the retail shops of Birmingham City, I was therefore very pleased to find them on amazon. I hope that eventually many more retail outlets will stock this unique design of bulb.I did find the price of excellent value. The delivery was very prompt.

our last bulb that came with the unit lasted about 4/5 years...hard to find bulbs for my outside lamp in any supermarket...although not cheap they do last a long long time...delivery from seller was next day..packaging was also 5star..well packaged...would definetly recomend!John R

This is used in an outside light as a replacement for an energy saving bulb that had recently blown. This gives a good light and is not too bright that it will annoy neighbours. It’s a whiter light too which I like meaning that the area is well lit and not an orange colour light.

Great product and I could only find it online. Expensive for 1 bulb but I’m hoping it lasts longer than the previous bulb. Very bright and low energy usage.Took longer to arrive by post than stated but it maybe that time of the year and it arrived very well packaged

Does what it needs to do. As with all CFL bulbs, they aren't that bright and take a while to get up to full brightness. Not sure why the housebuilder installed such a non standard fitment. Wish they'd gone with B22 or E27 so I could use an LED light.

Works a Treat in our rented apartment's light fittings. It's the first time I've seen this fitting before, but after a quick search on Amazon I found these. These bulbs are impossible to find in the high street shops and it's a very good price too.

The bulbs arrived as promised on time and very well packed, but unfortunately due to the fact that the outside lamp was found to be defective the bulbs would not function. I had to replace the entire outside lamp, which used different bulbs.

Nice white light. Make sure you order the right one, this one has 4 pins - check your light before you buy it as some require a 2 pin bulb. Fits ours perfect. Arrived faster than amazon predicted, came through the letter box, packaged well.

This bulb is fine, seems to be a solid replacement for the old one. They just are a very expensive bulb and utimately i will change the fittings in my house evertually to solve this, but this product is a fine exmaple of a bulbof this type.

Concerned that my home is fitted with a variety of bulbs I didn't think I would be able to match this one, having never seen the style before! Easily identified on Amazon, rapid delivery. Does the job. Excellent.

couldn't find the product at any shop, even BnQ out of stock.online order with amazon and receive in 1 day and in good condition,functioning and working well,give back light to our dark home.
