slighly more pricy than other products but i find that this has helped with my recovery . i take it on a empty stomach befor going to the gym and i have noticed less muscle fatigue while taking . also has a lovely flavour which is a added bonus

Optimum Nutrition as a company never fail to amaze me. Their products are next to none. Any one who lifts or workouts in general, I would always recommend their products for sure.

Great taste, I've tried all the flavours and this one is the best for me. If you like lucozade pink lemonade flavour, you'll love this. Also very helpful when doing HITT workouts.

No I side seal but had the outside one so not too worried. Flavour is okay, taste like pink lemonade normally got the standard ON bcaas would recommend giving it a try.

Taste. 10/10 best taste ive ever had!so far and ive tried alot of bcaa/amino powdersPrice 6/10 too pricey imo shame its 1£ per scoop and there are only 20 scoops ..
