Wonderful cake tin but I always struggle with this kind of tin to get the whole design. I use two batches of cake mix, and spray the inside thoroughly with easy-release spray, so it comes out perfectly. But the problem is it doesn't rise outwards, so you end up with a great castle that hasn't got the bottom 1cm of the steps/outside edge. Anyway it looks fine but maybe more experienced bakers would find this easier.

Children will go crazy for the cakes you'll effortlessly turn out time after time from this tin, its great detail and generous size mean that you can produce an incredibly fine cake quickly, and effortlessly time after time.Just as suitable for boys as girls ( soldier theme perhaps vs Rapunzel?) it will be a real hit.And, it looks stunning as part of the collection of tins I have!

Another great Bundt pan for my collection. I have a few designs now and they make the humblest sponge recipe look very special. Adults and children alike gasp when they see the results. Use as directed - I use a pastry brush to paint oil into all the little features and then dust with flour. works every time.

Fantastic, versatile bundt cake mould from Nordic Ware. Reminds of building sandcastles on the beach and there's such satisfaction planting my Union Jack flag in the bundt once baked. Perfect for birthdays and parties!

A great cake pan that will be the centre of any party you use it for, Make sure you get a baking spray or your cake won't turn out.

Excellent quality and size, serves 6-8 portions per bundt tin. Cake realises from the tin without any problems. Cooks cake evenly.

My niece has successfully used this to make cakes. It's quite heavy but it's solid and does what it's supposed to do.

It doesn't take much to get the boys to eat cake, but when they get a piece of the castle, their eyes light up.
