I love Nokia "dumb phones" and have had similar ones to this in the past - all good. But this one is a disappointment. The back cover keeps falling off, the battery life is appalling, and for some unexplained reason I can't make or receive calls. I get a ringing tone and then it goes dead - every time. Have given up with it. Avoid!
