The main reason Mario Party 9 plays a bit different to the other Mario Party games is because it was developed by the same team who gave us the most excellent Wii Party. In Party mode there are six exciting boards for you to play on which are Toad Road, Bob-omb Factory, Boo's Horror Castle, Blooper Beach, Magma Mine and Bowser Station. There are 80 new minigames for you to enjoy as your group work their way around the board on all different types of fun transport and some include great boss battles. You may travel together as team but you will be battle it out like enemies.The game starts off with 10 charcters for you play as which are Mario, Toad, Luigi, Koopa, Peach, Birdo, Daisy, Wario,

Great fun game to play with all the family. Lots of fun mini-games and it is surprising how competitive you get playing it. Our 4 year old enjoys watching the mini-games online so I thought I would buy the actual game so we can play it ourselves. He plays some of them but prefers to watch us playing. Hopefully when he is a bit older and can control it better he will want to join in more. Glad I brought it though as fun for us adults too.

This game is a worthy continuation of the "Mario Party" series. Amazing, beautiful choice of tracks, levels, in-game toys. Mario and playmates now also provide many pleasant hours in the game. I strongly recommend the purchase.

Item arrived promptly and before stated delivery date - would definitely use again! Kids love Mario Party 9, they have wanted it for a while as they have played it at neighbours and at such a good price I had to go for it :-)

Bought this game for my 7 year old as her birthday gift. She loves to play mario kart and thought this would be ideal as an alternative.Most parts are easy enough to play on her own but it’s also fun to play as a family.

Bought for my wii mad son, who also loves Mario!! It is great, you can play 1 player or multiple and it is a board game. Each person takes in turns to have a go and you play small mini games as you move around the board.

Bought for a 5 yr old birthday present.we already had 8 so 9 was a welcomed change.he absolutely loves it and lots of games you can play with the whole family.various ages.perfect gift

My son really wanted this but he has a wii u and I was worried it might not play but it works fine! Great price and delivered on time

Not as good as the original Mario Party on the Gamecube, because the game has changed into something else.
