Well I have to say that Codemasters have got it spot on with this beauty. The only other football management game that gets near this is Championship Manager. This game is the superior of the two though. It has incorporated a couple of ideas from our statistically bogged down friend, such as manager reputation and the ability to ask the board for more money. Even so, it has kept its identity. This game has a certain kind of atmosphere and look to it, that, even though revamped in 2004, remains the same as ever. The match day is superb and will make you want to watch every game; the little twists and turns of the players are quite realistic,

This game is undoubtedly the greatest management game available on any console. For the first time in the LMA series a manager can set up individual player tactics. An annual training report is supplied by the assistant management. This brand new game includes all worldwide transfers during the January transfer window. You can now take full control of training, work out the neccessary treatments for injuries, focus on particular elements in training and shout orders from the dugout. Undoubtedly the best management game available on XBOX and the best LMA game yet! 10/10!

You can choose from a wide variety of countrys and clubs to be manager for.If you have ever dreamt leading your team to leage, national or even international victory, then this is the game you want to buy. It is worth every penny and anyone who wants a new game for their x-box, this is the game you should get.
