I bought this mat not long ago, I used it twice. The first time was a failure, the macaron was broken from the bottom and I was blaming the mat and was going to return it. But I tried one more time and actually bake the macarons longer in the oven and let them cool down for a long time before taking them off from the mat. It is really good this time. For silicone baking mat, you need longer time baking because the mat itself was cutting the heat from the baking pan so the bottom may not be fully baked if you only bake as long as you use paper. This is really a great tool with macaron because it makes the size even and perfect shaped. I am going to develop more flavored ones with this mat.

The mat works pretty well!!! My macarons were perfect!!! They formed nice feet and were relatively even in size. However, they are annoying to clean and dry. The little creases trap residues so make sure that you clean well. Drying it also requires some work. But overall, it's a good product.

Very good mat. Brilliant for holding the macaron mixture in place. Good price and excellent delivery as this was posted for me to Switzerland! My daughter-in-law was pleased with it as she loves the bought macarons and is looking forward to making them herself.

A little bit on the expensive side, otherwise no problems elsewhere. Quick delivery, a shame that the price reflects the recent craze for macarrons ...
