I bought this for me but for use by my Rainbow unit (mini Brownies aged 5-7). We were doing a hedgehog themed evening and I had designed an activity for making hedgehog shelters. I was reliably informed by our guest who runs a hedgehog rescue centre that the large which I bought is the size of an average hedgehog. In fact she picked it up several times to demonstrate various parts of her talk with them, so if she thought it was a reasonable likeness for a stuffed toy then I'm more than satisfied.It would make a lovely gift for a hedgehog fan or maybe a primary school nature project. It isn't cheap but the quality is worth the price.

It's clear from first sight and touch that Harry is a well-bred hoggie.He's a portly 24 cm long from hind-quarters to the tip of his appealingly upturned nose, about 13cm tall and 12cm wide. He's bright eyed and alert and stands on his legs. In time and as age takes hold I think he'll sink further onto his belly.His appearance is one of quality with quality fabrics throughout and making use of different textures to give a lifelike appearance. Included is a small card giving facts about his family species, habitat and dietary preferences.A very appealing toy for a child, adult or anyone who loves hedgehogs.

My girlfriend (who is 27) is from Australia and saw a hedgehog here in the UK shortly after arriving- being an animal lover, she was rather excited but didn't have much luck in seeing others, even though she was putting food out every night for them. So I bought her this, and she totally loves it- pride of place amongst the other stuffed toys (the bunny has been relegated to second place) and "Hedgie" usually accompanies her on all trips away. Bargain.

My youngest fell in love with this hedgehog in a shop but it was expensive so I ended up getting him the medium. I then found this on Amazon- The larger size for cheaper than I paid for the medium :)I've added a photo of them together so you can see the size difference.These are very cute (look better in reality than on line) and the colours of the spikes make them look very realistic, it's already caught me out a couple of times!

I saw this hedgehog at an RSPB display and they didn't have any to sell. I went on line and got excellent service from the seller of this Living Nature product. I bought two so that my grandson could have one to take to bed with him at night. It is so soft (unlike the real thing!!) and he loves it. We have a visiting hedgehog in our garden and I wanted my grandson to make the connection.

I bought this for a Christmas present for my girlfriend, as she always calls me 'Hedgy' because I have spikey hair, and so I thought I'd get her a cuddly toy 'Hedgy' to cuddle with for when I'm not there. I kid you not, this cuddly toy is extremely cute and so detailed! A lovely present that I'm very sure anyone would appreciate.

What a beautiful little soft toy...not so little actually...30cm long...perfect ! Very soft strokable fur :) this is a high quality product, so if you're after a soft badger toy....this one is perfect. I was looking for quite a while in the shops, and nothing came even close to this. It has a very sweet face too...

Very pleased with this purchase. We have been feeding the hedgehogs in our garden this year, so we wanted a plush hedgehog to remind us of them when they go into hibernation. Well made product and arrived quickly given the time of year ! Would highly recommend to any hedgehog lovers, they will not be disappointed.

I bought this for one of my students who's learning English. She loves hedgehogs. She couldn't understand Wyoming you can't have one as a pet ! So when I saw this, I couldn't redistributing it for her. It's actually quite life like but lovely and soft, a good size and with a really cute face. She will love it.

This is a fantastic product...and exactly as it appeared on the website. ? This hedgehog is the loveliest toy I have ever bought it seen and so lifelike.I shall definitely use this company again when purchasing any other toy animal look-alikes. Living Nature - thank you! Finally a product that has a good size! It's not small at all and our daughter loves it! The delivery was quick and once it was delivered, he became a member of our family! The material is soft and it didn't cause any allergic reaction to our daughter's sensitive skin! We love "Badgy"!

Bought as a birthday present, but much admired by my three children. All of the living nature soft toys that I have bought are incredibly realistic, extremely soft and cuddly and have never disappointed including this hedgehog. Fantastic value for money, what's not to like.

Bought this for my 9-year-old grand-daughter for Christmas. She was thrilled with it. It is well-made, very realistic and has a 'nice' face. So often soft toys are spoiled by 'staring' eyes - but this one is really sweet. Would thoroughly recommend this and good value, too.

I adore badgers, they’re so darn cute! So seeing this guy was like love at first sight! Incredibly cute and soft, I find my self carrying it around and petting it like it’s one of my cats!Highly recommend for friends or family who are british nature animal fans!

Bought this as a gift for a child and he absolutely loves it. The toy is very soft and size is about right for a full grown adult hedgehog. Doesn't shed, and good life-like colours. Great quality overall, as expected from Living Nature series of soft toys.
