As a professional photographer I need equipment that won't let me down. I've been using Lexar cards for a few years now, together with another well known brand, and out of the two, Lexar so far have proved the more reliable. Not in so much as that it corrupts or doesn't work in the camera, but one of my other brand cards struggles to be read by my Mac - I have to unplug the reader and put it back in again. I minor niggle that hasn't put me off, but never had a single hiccup with Lexar. As proof of my trust I've just bought two more Lexar cards, and though I will test them thoroughly before using them commercially, I have faith that nothing will go wrong.Trusting in something to always work is very important when your job depends upon it, and so far, Lexar cards have proved their worth. Their speeds seem very good too!

We seem to have some very professional photographers reviewing this , who have come down to it from more expensive cards. For somebody who has been using cheaper cards in compact cameras costing £300 or less, this Lexar 64GB 633x card is a great improvement, over a 32GB 300x card, for example. 95 MB per sec is better than 45 MB per sec.I have just bought a Canon SX720 camera, and was finding my 300x card inadequate for it. This is a great improvement. The "Lexar" brand may be unfamiliar to some, but it is a reputable American brand (which is not to say that the cards are not all made in China, as is the Canon SX720 camera itself). So for most ordinary people, this is a very modestly priced card (considering how many photos it holds) with a performance which they will certainly find superior.

I snapped this up when the price was lowered in the sales just after Christmas. I have a VW Passat with the Discover Pro entertainment system. I wanted to get my FLAC library (currently around 200GB) onto a single SD card with a bit of room for growth, so that the other slot in the car can be used for things that I was to change more frequently. This card allows me to do that. I have had good experiences with Lexar media in the past and I am very pleased with this card. I used a Kingston Mobilelite G3 card reader to load the files from my PC, and I use a free programme called FreeFileSync (highly recommended, BTW) to keep the card in step with changes in my library.

I am not alone is regarding SanDisk and Lexar as suppliers of excellent high capacity SD cards for use in Nikon DSLRs. I always test new cards for performance and errors. Always! This one sailed through H2TESTW with a write speed of 38 MB/s and a read speed of 66 MB/s which is quite acceptable. I use this on my D7100 and D600 which are almost identical in terms of their demands on the card. There are faster and more expensive cards but this serves my needs very well and other cards would be wasted. Recommended.

I used lexar SD cards for my professional photography camera and it worked perfectly and it reads and writes data really quickly. No matter if you recording 4k or HD video. Recently, I bought a dashcam for my cam and I tried different SD cards with it and all of them showed memory error. I tried the Lexar SD card and its been sometime that I didn't get any error. It works perfectly with dash cams and any product that accepts SD cards.

I bought this for a long time-lapse shoot I will be doing soon. The shoot will be at least 3000 shots so when I calculated it on RAW+jpeg it was more than 64Gb so I needed this one and it was recommended by many websites as being a good buy. The reason I gave it 4 stars is that I have not used it yet so don't know how it will perform but if I can I will add to this after the shoot. I am using it in a Nikon D7500.

I now prefer Lexar memory cards to any other. The data transfer is much quicker than my others and the image rendition seems to be of a higher quality. Also having 64GB in the camera gives me much more scope with videos, bracketing and shooting with RAW and JPEG at the same time and if I want to do continuous shooting I don't have to worry about running out of card space so much. Highly recommended.

Not much to say about these really. Bought them for my Lumix G9 and they work perfectly for both stills and for video, even at 4K. Knocked one star off the packaging score because I hate blister-packed items and these needed to be cut open with scissors. They are UHS1 U3 cards and V30 compliantAll in all it was a great price for fast, high capacity cards.

64 GB seems to be a right size for digital cameras. With cards bigger than 64GB you run a risk of loosing lots of photos in case of power surge damaging the card or other failures occurring. Less than 64GB may run risk of running out of disk space.I have settled using Lexar SD cards in my cameras and I never had card failure or noticed slow recording speed

Super Fast SD Cards, Delivering High and Read and Write Speeds. I purchased these whilst updating my memory card collection for my work as a Sports Photographer. They are quick enough and fast enough to download a few hundred images in a matter of moments, meaning that editing and exporting images for the Press is made simple.

Lexar is a trustworthy brand as I have used it before. I've had no problems using it. The card is recognised quickly by the computer and files load very quickly too. Fits into my camera perfectly and works brilliantly too. Would definitely recommend. Great buy and very good pricing

This is a first class memory card. Great read and write times. Also this is cheaper than other cards. As for go pro idiots if you don't know the difference between micro sd and sd as the one you need would be stated on the item in question. This product clearly states SD CARD.

13.8.2016

The SD card is top quality with a powerful memory capacity. It is made of strong material that can resist pretty much any damage you can inflict it with, and my picture quality has improved a lot. It also saves and processes photos a lot faster than a regular card.

I brought this memory card as I had the same one already and needed another for an upcoming holiday to ensure that I did not run out of storage on my current card. Perfect. It holds a lot of images and is great picture quality.

Probably the best valued SD card i've seen in Europe. It can't be used to shoot 4K but the price is too good for what it can bring. For 4K, i recommend the more expensive version or Sandisk Extreme/Extreme Pro cards
