Is diameter 22-28 mm and for it's money is very good. Made from plastic that can stretch, but not very much. I tried this one with 22mm mic and is a charm, don't know if it breaks with 28mm though, for this is it's limit. The 5/8 to 3/8 adaptor is plastic, so you'll need another one for better performance, if you have a 3/8 mic stand. The tightening screw needs screw driver and a coiin won't fit. However, it does the work really great, I wouldn't spend my money for a branded clip with the same specs. Cheap and does its work

Snug fit and fit for purpose.Include thread adaptor (which initially I didn't realise and thought that I had erroneously bought one for a smaller gauge thread as the adaptor appeared to be moulded in, but does unscrew to reveal larger thread)Could this be the dullest review on Amazon? Apologies, but not much you can say other than "cheap, it works and was delivered in time!"

I bought a couple of these for our band after we somehow lost the clips for both our Shure SM58 and Rhode M2. These serve as fantastic replacements, and I would say hold the microphones more securely than the originals!

Good product, looks well built and to last, but too large to fit my Rode NT5 mics (these mics are cylindrical and look like a Cuban cigar in size), so sadly I had to return.

These are very sturdy, solidly constructed and feel they will last considerably longer than the ones they are replacing.I will buy some more

Excellent - really robust. Good value. An excellent replacement for the original clip which came with the Shure microphone which I bought.

This I love. the mics I own stay tight and secure even with singers who insist on moving the micstand constantly.

I bought this for as a replacement clip for an AKG D112. It's quite a tight fit but holds the mic very well.

I needed a clip that would hold a dynamic mic over a snare without dropping it. This works well.
