Most definitely the best brownie pan I have had to date. I have used and abused it for six months now, and have absolutely no issues with the non-stick surface (maybe that reviewer happened upon a duff one?). In fact, I have recently found out that you can make much better roast potatoes in this than around the meat as I usually make them! Comes clean out of the dishwasher every time with not a mark on it and I have never had anything stick to it - including the Lemon Crumblies with a condensed milk filling which would have welded themselves to my old tin, they came clean off this one first time.I have made everything I possibly can in this pan and it proves itself time and time again.

As far as baking tins go I have to say that these are great. The trays are thick and heavy and this makes you feel they are of a high quality. These are used in the house to make brownies and are a great size for a batch to share. We always line the trays with parchment so as far as cleaning goes there is not much work but the finish is definitely non stick and comes up as of it were new. The depth is also a great level, perfect for brownies. Given the quality of the product I would definitely suggest it and although I haven’t tried it, I would imagine it would make a great roasting tin for potatoes of carrots etc. I have infact purchased a further 2 after the original one. Superb quality, tray is thick, sturdy and feels like it can definitely take a beating from drops (something I probably need being so clumsy)Made a brownie in it the second day I got it, and it came out brilliantly. Non-stick surface made life easier, nothing stuck on, even without greasing the tray or anything. Time will tell how long until things do stick.Until then, I gotta say the tray is very good quality and something that I'd recommend. Never heard of this brand before and normally used supermarket branded trays, which were all rubbish after a few goes.

This is just excellent. I wish I could give this more than 5 stars! It is heavy and has excellent thermal conductivity. You will need oven gloves if you use it for something frozen or hot. The non stick properties are the best I've ever encounters. Washing it up is a doddle, as everything you've cooked on it just glides off. At this price I was concerned that it might be too flimsy, but my fears were groundless I'm happy to say. I'm looking at other products by Kitchencraft now, knowing I can buy with confidence.

These are probably the best oven trays I've ever bought. They're nice and thick and quite sturdy so they don't flex when hot, something I really hate. Easy to clean and don't seem to harbour build up like other trays do. I have a total of six of these now in different sizes, and will buy more when they eventually wear out.

This is a good quality, and very reasonably priced non-stick extra depth oven tray for making brownies/traybakes, etc. The tin is nicely made and feels thick and durable. Nice, rolled edges. Can be dishwashed (without detergent), but it's recommended not to do so to extend the lifespan of the non-stick surface.

This product is very handy. I bought it for general oven cooking rather than for brownies. As there are two of us I rarely need a full sized oven tray and the smaller size allows for good hot air circulation in the fan oven. I have three other oven trays but this is by far the one I use most.

This is one of those products that I'm so glad I bought! I've used it for traybakes but also for roasting. It is very good quality and washes up beautifully. As another reviewer has said, you can tell the quality by the weight. It's a very useful size too. All-in-all a first class product.

Nice heavy tin.Banana flapjacks popped stright out. Hope the non stick coating lasts a long time.Fits nicely into my side oven on 90cm wide rangemaster cooker.After a month there are scratches on the back side and a couple of things have stuck. Will need to grease well.

These trays are really strong and just what I needed. Hard Teflon, so not easily damaged. I bought two different sizes and am well satisfied. I have cooked chicken on it and it cleaned easily. Just put it in hot soapy water and it cleaned easily. Highly recommended!

First impressions are that that this is a well made and solid item. It is just the right size for a batch of brownies. The non stick properties was excellent and my daughter had no trouble removing her brownies when cooked. Recomended.

The pans are okay. They arrived a week later than stated, but this was put down to inclement weather before Christmas, and the Post Office getting behind with deliveries. Pans are of good quality and we are satisfied.

For years I put put up with less expensive, flimsy imitations that twisted with the heat and lost there non slip coating, usually into the food. Not any More.All my baking tins are now Masterclass.

Nice size for a medium whole chicken, not what it is supposed to be for I know. It is a lovely looking product with a nice weight, it dish washes perfectly clean after roasting the Sunday chicken.
