I have this very bag for years now, and this one is a present for my mum. I am so glad that Kipling is keeping this model' alive' for so long! The bag look deceptively small, but it is surprisingly roomy, very light, has a lot of pockets with comfortable zippers, which never stuck, are caught in the lining etc. The zippers have nice big runners, easy to to find and grab to open the bag even in thick gloves/mittens. The shoulder strap can be unclipped, rolled tightly and hidden in a side pocket on Velcro closing, if your prefer to carry the bag just by the handles. Very easy to look after, can be washed in the washing machine (I always per-treat stains first and then wash on a gentle cycle).
