Absolutely love this bag, great size for everyday, days out just perfect. Would easily fit 10 inch tablet in the side pocket. Zips on the top opening plus a large pocket with a press stud opening , another zipped pocket on one outer side of the bag and yet another slightly smaller zipped compartment on the other side. Inside the main body of the bag there is a large phone pocket and another pocket , plus pen or lip gloss small slot pocket. In the next large compartment there is the invaluable key fob attached to the bag , this has stopped me from struggling outside my front door looking for my door key, its a great design feature Kipling have thought of, Also a security zipped pocket great for bank cards or your purse .

I have had many Kipling bags over the years, but this is the best one I have ever had. It feels more solid than a lot of bags by Kipling, others being a bit floppy. The material is nice too. It has quite a few pockets but not too many that you can't find things. I use the pocket at the back with the stud fastener to put plastic carrier bags in, now we need them when we are going shopping. My mobile phone goes in the front zipped pouch, but that would be big enough to put a Kindle in or small tablet. My purse fits in the middle ziped pocket, where you would also have room for an umbrella, and other things. There is also a small zipped pocket at the very back of the back, ideal for slipping in tickets or vouchers.

I was really pleased that this was a white bag (not cream or off white). I am not really sold on the organisation of the bag. It looks stylish and holds everything I need.. The front pocket is practical and large enough to be useful. The back pocket which contains the key fob, is awkward to get into. I would have preferred the key lanyard in the front for easy access. I intended the back pocket for my tablet, to keep it separate from my other stuff. However it does not feel secure, and I don't like the keys rubbing against it, even if it is in a protective cover. You cannot really fill it, if you use the zipped area, as all the space is taken and you are left with a space suitable for something quite slim like a tablet or book.

Great bag. This is my third Kipling bag, the last one the Cicely. Like others I thought the advertised dimensions meant that I would be able to squeeze in my 11 inch MacBook Air. I did manage this twice, but struggled so much to get it out, that I realise the bag will not function to carry this. As others have commented the opening at the top is smaller than the internal part of the bag for both the main zipped and the rear magnetic closing compartment (both of which work out the same size). Therefore, even though the compartment itself is big enough for my small laptop it is almost impossible to get in and out. The rest of the design of the bag is good.

I am really impressed with the Caralisa. I had been looking for another Kipling bag, as the one I was using (Shopper S) was getting to annoy me as it's just so floppy and falls in on itself. But this one is great. It has a bit of structure so it stands up, and the grab handles are quite stiff so they stand up when propped against something (they fold down nicely when you're using the shoulder strap so they're not in the way). I like the subtle pattern, and the tan trim gives it a more expensive look. I was really impressed with the Amazon price as it would have cost well over £80 from Kipling themselves. I like that there a main zipped compartment, but also another one with a magnetic popper,

Love love love this particular Kipling design of bag. I have this pattern as shown and the same bag style also in marine stripe and monochrome print. The organisation is great. 3 main compartments 1 inner zipped for security and 1 outer pocket with popper fastening and the third ( outer) pocket also zipped. There are various zipped and open top inner pockets throughout with the inevitable key clip too. The rounded woven wrist carrying handles are perfectly placed and comfy to carry plus the usual Kipling style woven webbing detachable cross body strap is comfortable when you need that extra security in a crowd. There is plenty of storage room generally as the main compartments are evenly spaced.

Fab bag, with lots of room. I have the Woven Tobacco colour so it looks a bit different. As usual Kipling have thought a lot about the attention to detail with inside pockets for phones, pens, keys or glasses. There is one big zipped compartment which could hold a tablet (and has lots of inside pockets) as well as purse etc, and one popper fastened compartment for less valuable items and one zipped pocket. there are also two zipped pockets on either side of the bag.The bag has an adjustable shoulder strap as well as top handles. The lining is light in colour which isn't great is a pen/make up leaks, but does make it easier to find a black purse at the bottom.The fit is as expected,

Bought this bag for holidays as the extra bag on the flight. Well I'll be using it far more than a flight. I have lovely dressy shoes which match perfectly so can take it along on a night out if I need to carry a Brooklyn, scarf etc and there is still plenty of room to fit a small clutch bag inside one of the compartments so I can still look ladylike. I was intending buying the cobalt and the white one by the price seems to have jumped up the day after receiving my sunburnt orange one. So will hang on a wee while. Delivery extremely quick and packed in a box which was quite a surprise. Well done kipling. Quality of material and zips is excellent. Love my bag.

My first Kipling bag and I can appreciate why they are so popular. The bag is light but doesn't look or feel flimsy. Very well made and finished, inside and out. Roomy, so although a handbag it carries a lot! Still trying to organise it as spoilt with three 'hidden' full width sized pockets. This is also a security plus. Handles are a good length, shoulder strap a comfortable width as are the hand handles. Bought initially for holidays as squashable and washable, much more serviceable than leather and smarter than leather look synthetics. Can't wait for holidays to start using! A smart day bag. Love the pattern and the fact that the monkey is slim metal rather than a cuddly toy.

I have been hoping to find a Kipling bag that looks a bit more sophisticated than their usual styles and this is it. It's very spacious but still lightweight and has lots of sections, which is ideal for me as I can't stand handbags where everything falls into the bottom and you have to rummage around in it to find things. This one enables me to be fully organised so that I know instantly which section houses the things I need. I also love the fabric and the structure. Where many Kipling bags can be a bit floppy this one seems to retain its structure. In summary, this fits my needs perfectly and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who loves to be organised - even where their bag is

I’m a huge Kipling fan and have a (large!) number of bags, but this is my go-to bag for work and has been for several months now since purchase.Whilst still traditionally Kipling in being lightweight and its’ organisation, the metallic lacquer finish makes it look a little smarter for work. I had been concerned that the finish would make it a little less hard wearing than the standard Kipling nylon, but this has proved to be unwarranted.It’s a great medium size - large enough to fit both my personal items and also a number of work related bits and pieces, whilst still small enough so as not to feel as if I’m carrying around the kitchen sink (I have a Kipling backpack for that!).

All my bags are Kipling cross body, but I needed (wanted) a smarter, more formal black bag, but not really dull black. So, I got the Caralisa in metallic black and it is great. The sheen gives it a grey look. It is extremely smart but modern. My Kipling bags have to fit three criteria; (I) the zips have to be fully sewn in, not overhanging (what is that all about?), (ii) outside back zip necessary (it just is) and (iii) absolutely no Velcro (obvious). I love it that both outer pockets are lined both sides, some are not. I shall feel very ladylike using the grab handles, though I can always revert to the crossbody option! Excellent prices as usual from Amazon.

I am super happy with my purchase; I bought Caralisa in Metallic Black colour. I am always happy with Kipling quality. It is my 4th Kipling bag so far and I just love them. This one is very comfortable to carry around since its strap does not slide off from the shoulder no matter what I wear. The bag has many pockets just for everything. It may seem a bit on a smart side and more for work but at the same time, its metallic shine looks very modern and fashionable. The bag does not seem very big but it is spacious inside. I managed to put an umbrella and a bottle of milk.It took only 12 days to have it delivered to Russia, which is quite fast.

I already have one of the Kippings Caralisa bags but they have now brought out these gorgeous new patterns and also added the extra zip at the back which is great. I usually go for a slightly larger bag than the Caralisa but this is a generous size. The concealed zip pocket at the front is the full width of the bag so that is a really good space also the magnetic pocket next to the main zip compartment is a good size and you have the added zip pocket on the back of the bag. Inside you've got your usual zip pocket, mobile phone pocket etc and key chain. A gorgeous vibrant pattern complete with metal monkey, I love it.

And yet another great bag from Kipling. Perfect colour for the autumn will look great with jeans and my brown winter coat. As usual there are plenty of pockets and zipped areas. I really like the handles so I can disconnect the long shoulder strap and use is as a handbag. Its a bit larger than most of the Kipling bags I already own - its 11 cm wide and 25 cm high I'd call it a medium sized bag, For Kipling fans the monkey is the shiny swing one rather than the usual furry ones which gives the bag a more dressy look.~A brillliant price from Amazon - it was heavily discounted and a really nice looking bag.
