Worked well on my Macbook pro early 2011!After some research I go for this DDR3L memory to use in my old macbook pro.Interestingly, Apple officially say that the maximum memory per slot is 4GB (therefore a maximum memory of 8GB).Also if you go to Kingston's website and check for the compatibility, it will say this memory module is NOT compatible with Macbook pro early 2011 (I am guessing it is because 2011 mac uses 1333MHz DDR3 spec).But as stated it works just fine on my macbook. It is backward compatible to 1333MHz, and the dual voltage meansit can use in virtually all laptops that uses DDR3 SODIMM memory modules.

My laptop already had 8Gb of exactly the same Kingston RAM installed in one of two slots, when purchased. Installed this today to bring the available RAM to 16Gb. Very easy to fit. Checked my system information and there it was, recognised immediately.With the increase in RAM my laptop has certainly become more zippy, not that it was slow before but this has made a noticeable improvement.Very good price too for a stick of branded and sealed Kingston memory.

Just perfect for my laptop (Lenovo Ideapad Z580) - I got two 8G RAM cards to upgrade my laptop to 16G.I was worried about compatibility issues as I had ordered 16G in the past from another vendor and it turned out to be incompatible with my laptop.Quite happy with this purchase - packaged well and delivered on time.

I doubled my Dell Inspiron 15 3537's RAM by replacing the standard item with this one. It is working in synch with a recently installed SSD to transform my computer from frustrating to blisteringly fast. I run Lightoom, Photoshop and Photomatix simultaneously and super-smoothly. Recommended!

Apple support puts out the message to its technicians and sales people that their macbooks cannot go above 8GB - it is a lie just to encourage more retirement of older models. This kit will take your macbook to 16GB and improve performance by well over 50% over stock 4GB.

Nothing much I can say, it's memory and it works. Done a straight swap out of an old 4gb card for this, recognised in my pc straight away, already noticing better multi task performance and being Kingston, it's a good make so I have no fears of reliability

Bought this to replace the RAM in my Asustor NAS, which came with either 1 or 2Gb but can handle 8Gb. Not sure what difference it makes to data transfer speeds, if any, but has certainly made interfacing with the NAS much faster, with no hanging.

It's difficult to write a lengthy review for a good value stick of ram. It came in typical ram packaging and worked first time. It was bought to put in a Gigabyte BRIX and has been running fine with no BSOD or other issues reported.

This is the L (lower voltage) version of the DDR3 ram. So in theory should use lower energy and should be faster i.e. voltage rise to 1.35V is quicker than to 1.5V. All I know is that it worked perfectly in my QNAP TVS-471.

Bought it couple of years ago. Did not manage to leave review back then. But I am still using it on my laptop. Still functioning well with no hiccups. Good quality and great bargain.

This was bought to increase the memory on my asustor NAS. Arrived quickly and is meant to improve transfer sped, but as I have had it installed from the startop, bug it is quick.

Works as expected, Kingston as always is very reliable.My computers memory type was DDR3L SDRAM SODIMM.Remember to check your computers memory type and maximum memory limit.

Works like a charm on my dell 3542, new lease of life for a 2 year old laptop, combine it with hybrid HDD any old machine will outperform latest laptops, good deal at £28

Good product for mums laptop.Not sure size, dimensions were correct as stated luckily just fit in with 0.50mm to spare or something very tight in this laptop.
