Bought this for my Packard Bell Easy Note ENME69BMP apparently this little notebooks RAM cannot be upgraded. This is not true for me. It did take a while to get this RAM at this price but well worth the wait for the price. After I installed windows 10 on this machine it was really struggling the screen was continually going black for a few seconds on and off making me quite frustrated when trying to do basic stuff. I like being able to open multiple tabs to search and compare items and that was using all of my 2GB of memory let alone trying to watch video news clips and the like. Took me about 10 mins to take the old memory out and install this one and the hardest part was lifting the keyboard because I have sausages for fingers.Once I had the keyboard up I undid the five screws marked door then turned it upside down to to take the access panel (door) off the bottom it simply pops off with a little gentle persuasion.Unclip the 2GB chip and plug in the the Hyper X 4GB chip takes about 10 seconds. Then put it all back together. This little notebook now works so much better with this upgraded RAM, I instantly noticed the improvement its 100% better no more sceen blackouts. I always buy Kingston RAM and this is the first time I have purchased on of their Hyper X products as always I have never been let down by Kingston Ram and this 4GB Hyper X is no exception. Great value for money, worth every penny, thank you Kingston again. For anyone that has one of these Packard Bell Notebooks they are definately upgradeable, I searched long and hard for this machine as I wanted a small machine with a proper large HDD capacity probably cause I'm old school and dont like having everything on the cloud. If you are having the same difficulties with your Easy Note that I had this will definately fix the problem.Breath new life into your little machine you will NOT be disappointed. Would highly recomend this upgrade for EasyNote users.

I have 2 of these and they work perfectly in dual channel. Note these are SODIMM sticks used mostly in laptop or small form factor pcs, they are low voltage DDR3L which means they will work in most of the newer laptops which require this, my laptop uses regular ddr3 ram and these still work perfectly on 1.5V. They come with a lifetime warranty which is plenty enough for me.As in my opinion there is no point in benchmarking ram I am left a bit short of what to write so I will try to explain why most of the bad reviews this has are due to users not understanding what they are talking about.Review one: This is only getting CL8 but is advertised as CL9.Answer: CL8 is actually better than CL9,this is latency and will in real life have 0 to no impact to the performance unless you are a massive pro.Review two: I am only getting clock speed of 600.Answer: Reality is that almost any benchmarking software will show you half the actual clock speed so for example I am getting 800MHz and that is perfectly normal, (so I don't bore you a quick Google search will explain why if you are interested)Review three: It just doesn't work in my deviceAnswer: It happens, maybe you motherboard doesn't support this stick or you just got unlucky and got a bad one or destroyed one with static or thousand different reasons, I am fairly sure you can get a refund either way (or a replacement under lifetime warranty) but I don't find this as a good basis for a poor review, as they can't build it to work with anything and it is your responsibility to check whether it works with your device.I hope this might alleviate any doubts anyone has about this product.

I've just purchased a BTO late 2015 5K iMac (1TB SSD, 4.0ghz i7, M3095X) so when it arrived, I wanted to install the new RAM immediately. Upon installation the machine would not switch on, it just kept beeping. I am led to believe that the beeping is caused because the RAM is either not installed correctly or the RAM does not pass data integrity check. I tried everything but to no avail. I eventually ended up putting the factory supplied RAM back in and the machine fired up straight away.I have seen reviews from customers on here which claim they have this working fine in their iMacs with the same spec as mine and I bought 2 of these kits (32GB in total) based off what I read. However on the Apple website, only RAM which is 1867MHz is supported. I thought it may be the batch that I had, but that theory was quashed when I brought the RAM into work and the IT team tried it an old Mac Mini and it worked. This RAM just doesn't work in my machine.I'll be re-ordering some more, let's see what happens this time eh?UPDATE: New RAM arrived and is absolutely fine. I did notice that the although the original RAM did fit into my iMac, they looked looked very different to the ones i have now .

I've got an XMG P723 (Clevo P370SM) gaming laptop and I bought 2 of these sticks to expand my RAM to 16GB (its cheaper to buy 2 of the 4GB sticks on amazon separately rather than in a kit... you will save around £13!). I plugged it in and laptop booted straight away!!Already feels snappier, no compatibility issues or any other faults. I'm planning on getting 4 of these sticks in total to upgrade my laptop to 16GB!-----(2019 UPDATE) Okay so I finally bought the last stick I needed of this awesome RAM that can fit into my gaming laptop. It insta over locked in my BIOS to 2133Mhz as soon as I booted after inserting the last module. Now my specs are as follows:XMG P723 (Acquired in 2013)HM Lynx Point HM87 ChipsetIntel i7-4800MQ Haswell CPU16GB 2133Mhz HyperX Impact Black RAM (4x4GB)AMD Radeon HD 8970M 4GB GPU512GB Lite-On mSATA250GB Samsung 840EVO120GB Intenso SSDJust cleaning fans with an air can every couple of months from dust, and repasting CPU/GPU every couple of years and I reckon I can keep this machine running for longer!!Just shows if you can care for something properly it will keep on working!Take care.

I decided to upgrade my laptop as it still works extremely well after several years of continuous use. Initially I went to Crucial's website and the recommendation they offered seemed expensive and not much performance. Crucial's best offering was RAM modules with a CLI of 11-11-11-11 These memory modules offer performance and a CLI of 9-9-9-9 and while not a huge difference €20. Originally had 8GB in my laptop so it wasn't a hog previously, but upgraded to 16GB (max ram for this model) and used the existing 8GB on my partners laptop also Toshiba. Overall happy with the performance improvement when doing process heavy operations and less hanging while waiting for the processor to finish the task. Will replace the hard drive with an SSD,but with just the memory upgrade alone so far copying a 1GB file is a lot faster than previously. Very easy to replace the memory, but if you're not sure what you are doing I would recommend you look on youtube as you might find your exact model being upgraded. Well worth the savings buying these modules.

Purchased as a RAM upgrade for a Lenovo Flex 2-14 laptop. It was simple enough to install and better spec than the 4gb the laptop came with, but then that's not really surprising.Have not had a single problem since installing the RAM, computer seems reasonably snappy (though that is most likely down to the SSD) and I'm happy with it. Kingston memory also comes with a lifetime warranty, should anything go wrong, but this is quite typical of most memory manufacturers nowadays.Interestingly, had a look at the memory using the software utility CPU-Z and the computer is running the memory in dual channel mode, albeit to match the slightly slower timing of the existing RAM,but nice to see that two different brands of memory are working in dual channel mode without a hitch.Only other thing I'd suggest is look at buying an SSD, possibly even buy that before you buy more memory.

This additional memory has given a new lease of life to my late-2013 27" iMac and I only wish I had upgraded years ago.The mac had the original 2 x 4gb modules, leaving 2 free slots. Installation was very easy and took max 15 minutes following instructions online and exercising a bit of care, despite not having done this sort of thing before and working it out as I went. So now I have 24gb (2x 4gb + 2x 8gb). Just make sure matching modules are installed in alternating slots so that they are paired correctly. Look it up online if unsure.I should add that these modules are not specifically recommended by Kingston as being compatible with the iMac but the module specification checks out with Apple's requirements, they seem to perform well and are a bit cheaper than Kingston's recommended modules. Have been using them for around 6 weeks and no issues whatsoever.

I've always used HyperX for laptop memory upgrades. It's plug and play with no setup requires and will run as high as the bios allows (up to the rated speed). As a bonus it generally has better timings for a given speed than the bundled OEM ram in a laptop or cheaper alternatives out there. Upgrading your ram is one of the easiest upgrades you can do on a laptop and can provide a great improvement in the amount of multitasking you can do, some applications like lightroom can also make use of a lot of ram to boost performance. Just be careful to check your laptop has convenient access to the memory modules and they're user replaceable. Some laptops may have soldered on memory that can't be upgraded, but for all others it's a great option. The only dissapointment is the recent increases in memory prices across the market - its still a worthy purchase though.

I got this for a laptop which froze a lot and apps crashed and so I got ram to stop or reduce this so it runs faster. At first I had problems with my pc accepting the ram because it shutdown a lot but then after it worked fine didn't have to download anything new . Well designed and made. Looks good quality and is good quality and has lasted 6 months without any problems and has made a big difference in speed as I previously had 4gb of ram and 2 slots so I added this so I now have a total of 12gb ram. It clicked into place easily and seems like it will last a few years. Just make sure you don't touch the metal contacts to avoid the static from your hands frying the ram. Also make sure you checkram is compatible with pc because all pc's have a ram size and speed limit and only accept a ram with certain latency and power.

Have a Vaio from 2014 with 4GB of RAM which with Windows 8.1 would slow the laptop if I opened more than 5 or so Chrome tabs, using 70%+ of the ram, let alone run other software at the same time.Bought 16GB and the laptop is noticeably faster and smoother and I can now have multiple high powered engineering programs, ANSYS, Abaqus etc all running simulations along with 15+ Chrome tabs with loads of ram left over.New lease of life for a i5 2.3Ghz Intel 3000 graphics spec Vaio. Next will be a SSD, to replace the slow HDD, once a good deal is on them from a reputable brand. Plus the ram looks cool, even if you cant see it and you get Hyper X stickers to show everyone what ram you have!Switching windows is faster, search functions are faster and the touchpad doesn't randomly freeze anymore either.

I bought this to put in my HP laptop but found it impossible to get the bottom off so I fitted it in to my wife's new Lenovo L50-80 and I have recorded a 16 second reduction in the start up time using Windows 10 64bit.The system now has 2 x 8Gb DDR3L memory chips and all is well.Just a point, if your system is running a 32bit system, it wont do anything for you as 32 bit systems can only see 3.6 Gb of memory so don't waste your money. Also note that DDR3L memory is a lower voltage than DDR3 memory which is 1.5volts. Many new laptops us the lower voltage chips inc MACs and while some say you can put normal DDR3 memory in to a Lenovo laptop, yes it will work but it will overheat the memory controller and flatten your battery quicker. The unit was well priced, with a fast delivery, Recommended

Superb memory. I installed this in an Alienware Alpha compact computer. It's now known as the Steam Machine, but I have the older version before Steam got involved with it. It came with 8GB RAM, but I do a lot of video editing for YouTube, so I needed something a bit extra in order to manage the video editing a bit better, especially with multiple apps and projects open. As the Alienware Alpha is compact, it requires the same memory that you'd install in a notebook/laptop. This was actually quite hard to find at a reasonable price, as it's more expensive than normal desktop RAM, which I purchase often. But, whilst this was more expensive,I noticed the difference right away and it has been very beneficial for my machine.

After a lot of research between HyperX Impact and Corsair Vengence; I decided on these - you will not be disappointed!I had an HP Envy 17 with 12GB RAM so although the speeds and performance aren't a vast improvement - there is some improvement nonetheless.Ordered on the Tuesday (without Amazon Prime) and product arrived on the Thursday - well packaged in a clear vacuum packed plastic, with generic install instructions - as each laptop is different, you will need to consult your laptops manual for specific instructions for your model.Highly recommended and with 40% Off the RRP a bargain!

I bought this from amazon to upgrade the internal memory of an Asus ultrabook S56C with i7 processor. I installed two of this memory sticks to get the total memory 16GB of . In my case I had to remove the internal hard disk to gain access to the memory ports. Please note that most laptops allow only for installing two memory stick, and you better go with identical memory stick to benefit from the dual channel memory controls which makes your computer much faster in reading data from memories.Hyper X is one of my favorite brand when it comes to computer memories.
