A cute way of making cupcakes or muffins that you can fill with jam or buttercream etc etc without having to cut a core out of them. The tray is heavyweight and is actually non-stick once you put some oil in the sections - some of the cheaper ones don't even manage to be non-stick even with lashings of oil or butter, but not this one.

For my first use I didn't grease the pan and only one mini bundt cake stuck to the tray but was easily removed. In future I will lightly grease the trays before use. I am completely happy with the mini bundt cakes produced with this tray and the tray is very easy to clean after use.

Arrived quickly. Recommend greasing before use. Easy to remove cakes. Easy for amateur bakers, such as myself, to use. Great results, very happy with this purchase.

this is non stick, and little muffins came out as well defined bundts, very happy with it.
