Dr Oetker is my favourite brand when it comes to baking.This muffin tin is extremely sturdy, and the non stick coating looks very rigidly sealed on the tin. I can wash off the burnt batter effortlessly under running water.For the muffin cases, I would only stick to Dr Oetker. It is the best, the safest, non toxic ink and excellent grease proof materials. The price reflects the quality.The cases in my photo is Dr Oetker brand, it’s available on Amazon as well (look for 3cm cases) This muffin cases fit their own muffin tin perfectly, I love it so much and I look so forward to my weekly bake for NHS.

I ordered this to make little filo pastry cups for a fillet steak canapé recipe I had seen Mary Berry make.Excellent quality tin, perfect for making small cup cakes as well.

Wish i had bought this years ago ! Very sturdy tray.The mini cupcakes i have baked on at least 4 occasions have all turned out very good !Would definitely recommend .
