The only drawback was that the recipe was in German but I could work out the quantities and adjust my recipe so that it fit the tin. It's not an easy thing to make and the specialised tin really made a difference.

I am very pleased with my stollen tin.. This was the first time i ever made a stollen and to have the proper tin for it is just great.

It's a lovely mould, which is covered with a non-stick film. Great Christmas Stollen!
