I've collected various Le Creuset ceramic casserole and baking dishes of varying sizes and colours over the years and have always been really pleased with the quality, and more importantly for me how easily they are cleaned - even where food is really baked on it’s never a problem. They are so well made and they’re a real pleasure to use. Therefore I didn't have any concerns whatsoever when I saw they'd brought a new bakeware range out and bought five individual pieces, sight unseen. They're brilliant. I can honestly say in all the years I have been (reluctantly) cooking every day for my family that this is without doubt the best bakeware I've ever used – every tin I’ve bought over the years I’ve hoped would work like these ones,

This is a heavy non-stick tray with enough room for 12 muffins. Coated with a special 'PFOA-free non-stick coating on inside and outside' which makes it so easy to remove baked goods and clean off any spills. You don't have to be delicate with this range of Le Crueset bakeware it's a resilient, tough make and also versatile. I use the tray for all manner of smaller items, including tiny Yorkshire Puddings in beef dripping, and so far nothing has stuck to it - the Yorkshire's just slide out which is always a blessing!. The tray is oven safe right up to 240C or Gas Mark 9 so you can be quite creative. The heat seems to spread quite evenly and so there's no burning and you're free to use metal utensils - so long as you're careful!.

Really good quality (see also their shallower tray).It's finished with a fantastic non-stick coating, some form of silicon/rubber "handles" on the sides for lifting/moving while hot.IMPORTANT NOTE: We have a "smaller" UK oven. One of those which isn't as wide as the "built in" ovens (it's free standing). These trays are large - and don't fit. Not "close, you have to be careful" - outright, they don't fit.I've given this product 5/5 - we've bought it and we use it with a family member's oven while we wait to finish refitting our own.These are the dimensions of the product: (length x width x depth): 40cm x 30xm x 2.3cm

This was an amazing buy!The material is thick and heavy, really good quality especially compared to the flimsy ones you can find at cheaper prices. It is truly non-stick, I have baked in it several times, and the food would practically jump out of the muffin holes. It’s also easy to clean, and it is easy to hold thanks to the silicone grips on either side.I admit that this muffin tin is a bit pricier than many other on the market, but it does an excellent job, and I have all the confidence in it.Definitely would recommend for any baker!

Le Creuset saucepans and baking trays have consistently been expensive, but in my humble opinion they have also been consistently head and shoulders above the competition.This is tray is no exception.It is what I call a jam tart tray.Perfect for mince pies.I have the muffin tray, but find it to be too deep for small tarts and mince pies.Whilst it does warp in the oven a little, it is easy to clean, and even when the filling bubbles out and goes lovely and sticky the mince pies and tarts just lift out.Superb in every way.

I own a lot of this bakeware, and its the best in the business. It lasts for years, and I would highly recommend it to anyone. However, this item is sold to do mince pies in, and its too shallow to get any filling into the pastry. I have sent mine back purely because I know it wont do the job that I purchased it for. Remember, the French dont make mince pies!!!! I will have to use Le Cruesets muffin tray and not fill them to the top with pastry. I just hope they turn out ok for Father Christmas's visit!!!

Whilst not cheap, I can honestly say this tray is worth every penny. Mince pies, yorkshires, jam tarts and bakewells have all been a breeze with this thing, absolutely nothing sticks and cleanup is a matter of seconds. Everything seems to cook a little bit more quickly too, presumably due to the fairly heavy gauge material it's made out of.As some have mentioned it is a bit larger than the average tray but not outlandishly so.

Excellent baking tray and it certainly lives up to the Le Creuset brand. The silicon handles make it very easy to get in and out of the oven- this was my primary reason for buying it as I’d almost had an unfortunate mishap with another tray some hot oil and some batter!!!Update- I have cracked Yorkshire Puds because of these trays. Heat the oil up for 10 min and then they won’t stick. Brilliant!!

If you love baking, it is definitely worth to invest in good quality equipment muffins turn out great - it's very easy to remove them and nothing sticks to the tray - that also means it requires almost no cleaning - it is enough just to swipe it with a damp cloth.I've collected several pieces from this range and none of them has let me down. Le Creuset quality is really worth paying for.

This is the best thing I’ve ever brought off Amazone ! This tray is outstanding . I was worrying about spending that amount of money on a bun tray. I Finally brought it . Wow I’m so excited about it . I’m a professional pastry chef, and today I ordered the mini muffin tray too. I’m treating myself to new tins after 30 years ! Stunning tray . Love it. Go on treat yourself.

When I think of Le Creuset I think of quality, and that is exactly what I have here. It is easy to clean, it is a nice looking piece of bakeware but above all I believe that it is a quality product that aids in my baking.This product is designed to last and it has been a good investment. I have no complaints and only praise for this product and the Le Creuset range.

Fantastic product.Got fed up with rubbish tins that Yorkshire puddings kept sticking to.So splashed out on this and wow what a result. Used two times andgot perfect puds both times.It's so easy to clean as there is nothing stuck to it.If you are looking for a quality none stick Yorkshire pudding tin buy this one.

Makes beautiful cakes and muffins. I made mini Victoria sponges which came out with ease,no sticking whatsoever, with a lovely golden crust.Everyone said how delicious they were. So pleased that I want to buy the entire range. I will try making yorkshires in them which I'm sure will be great.

This is great on all fronts. I bought this to hold my cupcake cases nice and snug so they don't flare out when baking and this does the job perfectly. It's heavy, solid and very well made. Have had it a while now and used many times, can't fault it. I feel this will last a long long time.
