I've been using a large mouse mat for some time so am well versed with the benefits of them, and am using that mat (AUKEY Gaming Mouse Pad Large Size ( 900x400x4mm ) Water-Resistant Mouse Mat with Non-slip Rubber Base, Special-Textured Surface, Support for Computer, PC and Laptop - Black) as a basis for comparison with this HyperX XL.The HyperX is a little smaller than the Aukey, but in use it doesn't feel smaller. It does feel somewhat higher quality than the Aukey, which is a mat I've been very happy with. I've had the Aukey for about 3 months, and regular use has seen it wear the black finish a little, so it's a little grey where the mouse rubs it in use. It will be interesting to see how the HyperX wears with time. It's hard to say for sure if the HyperX surface actually feels any better quality than the Aukey in use, frankly it feels much the same. They are both a delight to use. My mouse glides over the HyperX smoothly, and pointer response is excellent, as you'd expect these days with an optical mouse.Compared to the Aukey, the HyperX feels a little more resistant to being deformed when handling it, and repositioning it on my desk. The grippy rubber underside seems more resistant to sliding around, the foam feels a little thicker and denser, the all-round edge stitching is nicely done and makes the mat look and feel better than the cut edges of the Aukey. The HyperX bears all the signs of a high quality product, made to last. The HyperX is a very nice mouse mat. Every aspect of it has a high quality finish, and it seems made to a standard, rather than a budget. I know I've kept mentioning my Aukey throughout this review, but I have to say the Aukey is less than half the price of this HyperX, and in my day-to-day use, I'm not really feeling a lot of benefit from the extra quality. Where I think the HyperX would shine is if I needed to transport it regularly, and it had to withstand some rough handling and use. As it is, my mouse mat lays on my desk and doesn't move at all if I can help it, so the slightly flimsier construction of the Aukey is not an issue. That said, the HyperX feels like it will last a lot longer than my budget Aukey.Having now tried both, if I had to choose between the two, I'd definitely choose the HyperX. I like the higher quality finish, the attention to detail with the stitched edge, and it feels like it will give good service for a long time. That said, in truth, if I didn't have this HyperX, I'd still be very happy with the Aukey I bought.

I've been running a two computer / two monitor desk top for some time now, a Windows 7 PC and a 2009 Mac Pro that both have their separate specialities. This works well, except with two keyboards and mice on the desk, it makes things a little crowded sometimes, especially as I'm using a standard sized mouse mat. What I need is a bigger one so my mice aren't squashed together. The HyperX HX-MPFS-XL FURY S Pro Gaming Mouse Pad, that has a name as long as it is wide, works out to be about 36 by 15 inches and takes up a lot of room (it also comes in Small, Medium and Large sizes to suite your needs). Unroll it from its box and the quality is plain to see. It's quite heavy and the underside is rubberised so it isn't going to be moving once in place. The surface is a fine fabric weave that works with all laser and old school ball type mice and still allows a fine degree of control. Does seem to be a bit of a dust / food / skin cell magnet (ugh), but it's easy to hoover or wipe off.I found the thickness of the mat good on my wrists, though I'm wondering if the fine edging will roll up after much use. All in, I like this mouse mat, especially as it made me clean and rearrange my desk (something that had been overdue for ages).

Without opening the box you can tell the HyperX (crazily long name) Mouse Pad is a quality product. Remove it from the box and as you lay it out its clear its well made too. There is a thickness and weight to the pad (4mm) that makes it a more substantial than other pad. The extra thickness isn't really noticeable in use and seamlessly stitched edge keeps things comfortable for your wrist..The Fury S has a rubber base which (with the extra weight) helps it grip your desk well and doesn't move around under frantic use. The surface is very to the touch and allows the mouse to glide with ease, precision and minimal resistance. As with a lot of mouse pads the logo does prevent you from rotating the pad.The X Large size made a surprising difference at play. That said the HyperX is a step up in price from my previous gaming pad (though it is aboutt 30% larger than that one) compared to other pads I have tried the Fury S shows care and quality in its design; and the surface lends performance to your mouse.

The HyperX fury pro Speed is easily the best mouse pad I've used. The materials used are top quality which means surface is smooth and a joy to use. It sits on my desk nicely and is big enough to do big flicks and 180'sI generally play FPS games like Apex Legends, Warzone, Valorant etc... so for me this speed pad is perfect. When I mentioned that the pad is smooth, I'm not joking. I had to lower my sens settings which took some getting used to, I kept overthrowing my aim. I had no idea how slow my previous pad was until I used this. The pad itself looks and feels quality. I like getting products that you can tell is worth the asking price and this pad is no exception.I'm not keen on the design but I can forgive that because it's so good to use.One last thing about the pad. I've had no problems with friction on my arms during long gaming session, which I've had on previous pads. It's really comfortable to use.Overall I'd definitely recommend this mouse pad.

Comfort is a big plus side to this pad and whilst I can see some people being discomforted by the stitching I found it to be barely noticeable with only feeling it one when I quickly move my hand, I think comfort is very good and I have found no major problems.Accuracy wise this pad is cloth meaning it will give you plenty of control which I definitely prefer over pads that glide, but this is my personal style and may not be for everyone. Either way, my opinion is that the pad is very good for sniping and such where you need to make the smallest of movements with excellent precision and for that this pad I really good.GAMING wise this pad doesn’t have any rgb or big logos that stand out like sore thumbs, overall its very simplistic and I enjoy that style a lot, if GAMING means for playing games then yes this pad is very good for as I have mentioned people who like to snipe or be accurate with their shots.

This is big, really big and if your game play involves big sweeps with the mouse in your fury to attack, this is the mat for you. You can forget about where the mat is and just concentrate on the attack. Because of the rubber backing it doesn’t slip on the table. This quality mouse mat is great for ball and optical mice giving a smooth and non-slip movement with both types of mouse. It is large enough to have your keyboard on as well. There is even space free to rest your hands on while you type or sweep your mouse around. The only real problem I have found with this mat is its ability to attract bits of stuff, such as debris like crumbs from food, strands of cotton or hair. But the mess does sweep off easily, and if it doesn't you can easily use something like a hoover to clean it.This is a practical buy if you game a lot, or even if you draw a lot, it does make life with a mouse a lot easier.

When I first received the pad, it was rolled up very tightly and the left side hovered off the desk because of it, it has slowly gone down over the year I've owned it but still very slightly hovers but I don't notice it.Because the edges of the pad are stitched it won't fray as other similarly priced mouse pads might. It has an anti-slip rubber base which works perfectly, I don't have to ever readjust the mouse pad because of it.I used to use a SteelSeries QcK Heavy before this and I still think this pad is a bit too fast because of how long I used the QcK but I'll eventually get used to that so do keep that in mind before purchasing this.

I was looking to replace my Mionix Sargas for quite a while now and after looking through numerous places, like YouTube, online stores, online tech reviews as well as some mainstream gaming websites, I've decided to go with this one. While I'm aware that this product isn't listed as "top 10 of 2019/2020", I'm very glad I went with this choice. I use this mouse pad primarily for FPS and RTS/RPG and the only times where I'd mess up would be because of my lack of skills. This mouse pad is a game-changer for people who are looking for a stable, fast and soft gaming surface. Oh, and hey, I heard that shroud uses this mouse pad as well. ;)

Needed a bigger mouse mat because my e-dpi is pretty low in FPS games and i kept flying off my old mouse match (the hyper-x L).This is the larger version of the one I had before and it's not just larger, it's also had some design improvements - the edges on my old one frayed a bit which scratched my wrists and was annoying so I kept having to trim the edge with a sharp knife. The only downside is the initial smell, it's quite strong but after a day or 2 it does go away.Would recommend rolling it the opposite way, when taking it out the packaging and putting it back in the tube for an hour or so before use - to ensure it's flat.

I used to use a "Small" mouse pad by what i'd call an unknown provider... I love the size of this product..I must say it's absolutely massive. And the material tracks much better than my old mat, however you may have a different experience, depending on your mouse. (I'm using Deathadder Elite)I only gave this product 4 stars for now, as it really hurts my wrists when using it, but this may be due to me not owning a desk and using an uneven surface.Edit: After a few months of use, it no longer hurts or irritates my wrists. However i've noticed white marks all over the mousepad which mess with tracking and can't seem to be removed.

The problem with many mouse mats is that they are too small and the mouse can run off the edge. This is supersized and means that you can have a continuous surface from the keyboard and out as far as you can reach. The surface is a textured fabric with a rubberized backing. This is very smooth and slick so that the mouse glides easily but not so slippery that control is compromised. The edge is well finished so that you won't be getting them curl up after some aggressive use. I can't find anything that I don't like with this. It is not cheap but does represent good value compared to similar products that are generally much smaller.

It's honestly a very nice mousepad, feels very high quality and the stitched edges just make it that much more better. It's also nice that the logo does not get in the way when moving the mouse around.Coming from a SteelSeries QcK Heavy, I felt like that mouse pad was a bit too thick, however this one is the perfect thickness. I've also noticed that the mouse on the HyperX just glides, it's much smoother. The only thing i'd say is that the grips underneath the mousepad could be a bit better, since it can move when pushed from the edges (which can happen if your mousepad sits right on the edge of your desk).

The mouse pad arrived promptly and I was pleased with the delivery time. The fact that the pas is in fabric makes it easy to keep it clean and it operates better with the mouse. It allows for fast movement but maybe a bit too fast for my use.The only drawback for me is that I ordered a small and was expecting a much smaller pad that the one I got.I would say that it is more of a regular/medium one. Therefore, size definition is slightly misleading and that is why I grated 4 overall and three for accuracy and comfort. Not entirely satisfied with the size because of the limited working space at home.

If you're thinking you dont need a mouse mat this big then think agan! If you play fps games then a xxl mat is such a boost. No more running out of mouse mat mid gun fight. It is huge so make sure it fits on your desk. I came to this from a razer firefly hard edition so dont make the same mistake getting a flashy rgb mouse mat, get a simple one thats huge and you wont regret it. The build quality is great, there is a rubber smell that lingers but goes after a few days. The edges do sometimes rub on your wrists but nothing too distracting. My first hyperx product and definitely not my last.

15.7.2020

One of the best looking mouse pads I've ever had. If you are looking for something to suit your red gaming rig - this is the one you should go for. Gaming wise it's pretty decent too - good balance of control and speed, obviously slightly wired for the speed. The drawback here is its grip. It's almost not grippy at all, you'll find yourself constantly moving it back to the position you'd like it to be. Maybe it's due to the size I've got (S). Also mind the fact that it will take some time to stretch out, and it might not necessarily stretch our completely.
