This is truly an inspiring cartridge, and a welcome addition the HP range. If you have a printer that takes only HP17 black cartridges, then this is the cartridge to have. Essential. However, users of non-HP printers will be disappointed with its zero functionality on non-compatible printers.

I was having a problem getting this item off the shelf, probably held up in a container somewhere, Lo and behold there were several out there at Amazon, price was good and promptly delivered, so my grandson could do his homework.

Received wrong ink cartridge in the first instance - phoned compnay and returned cartridge free post. Received correct ink cartridge by return of post - very good service and will use the service in future

This printer cartridge is 100% genuine Hewlett Packard, not a generic copy, arrived quickly with free delivery, and cost about half the high-street shop price. I'll never buy one in a shop again!

I am 100% happy with the service and product. It was less than half the price everywhere else. I have been using the cartridge for a couple of months without any problems.

Had no problems with this ink cartridge. It was cheaper than in the shops and has not dried up yet _ (after nearly 3 weeks of use).

I've used these HP cartridges for years and they never disappoint- would highly recommend for anyone with an inkjet printer.
