We had no problem with the vendor but the product is poorly made. It doesn’t close easily and then the car never makes a full loop so the bank vault doesn’t spring open.

The lock is difficult to close after it opens. Doesn’t do much. Over priced for what it is. Would not recommend this product to anyone.
