I bought these as I have Raynaud's Syndrome in the right foot and it was becoming unbearable in the cold weather. The thick socks, etc, etc, were not helping at all. I had tried a few of the gel handwarmers to help out to bring the blood flow back, but when I saw these I ordered straight away.I have been using them for two months and think they are ACE. As a tall, medium-built 36-year-old I can tell you that they can be used safely in shoes as you walk about without them bursting. The only slight downside is unless you get the 'when-to-click-and-when-to-put-into-your-shoe' right then they can be uncomfortable for a few minutes until your weight distributes the gel into an acceptable shape.

Have been using these pretty much constantly this winter and they have been really good. The get really hot, but you can still have them against your skin.My feet turn to blocks of ice and they warm them through well.The only problem is resetting them which is a bit of a faff. You have to boil them in a pan with a tea towl covering them, so not suitable for the young or infirm to do for themselves.love them though, using every day at the moment with no issues. can even put a pair of socks on over them to really warm your feet up.

Fantastic product. I bought this for my boyfriend who has bad circulation and feet that feel like blocks of ice. He tried them out last night and he was instantly happy!! They warm up very quickly and last a long time.I would definitely recommend them and haveing used the hand warmers before when I was borderline getting hypothermia I would definitely take these when going hill walking etc as they would be a vital part of cold-weather-survival kit and the heat lasts long enough that they could be passed around a few people :-)

Have some nerve damage which leaves some toes numb & tingly. Whilst not overly hot, these provide sufficient warmth & relief for about an hour. Have also fitted inside slipper and walked around (indoors) without problems. As others have commented, resetting is a 'faff' but is standard for this type of warmer. (microwaved pads would be too hot). Recommended

I bought these for my daughter who has cerebral palsy and has very poor circulation, her feet are always freezing and up until now I spend about 45 minutes rubbing them to get them warm but these do the job instantly and I now read to her or listen to music in place of the time it took me to warm her feet up .... BRILLIANT. Definitely recommend

Really clever little things - bought for ten year old son who suffers with Severs Disease. We are using these daily. Unfortunately the boiling process has caused for the Velcro pads to come off one of them. I will take it up with the company- but apart from that... very pleased ?

excellent piece of kit , works brilliant and has been a life saver to me as my feet get extremely cold due to spinal cord injury, this is the item i have been waiting on for years, i am delighted with it, great item. would definitely recommend it to anyone,
