At first I wasn't sure if this was doing anything for my 1 month old baby, however, after a few uncalm nights, this cherry pit pillow was such'a relief for our baby, just put it in the microwave for 1 minute, make sure it's not too hot, and place it on baby's tummy, that's the only way he calmed himself down and fell asleep right after for a few nights it a row.It does have a strange smell once it is warmed up, however, it doesn't bother me, as long as it provides relief.

Can be warmed up in Microwave and stays warm for about 5 minutes. Quality product as expected.
